Usually very consistent, although last time I came, they did put mayo in my #6. Service is very good despite this and move you in and out quickly. Food generally very fresh

I keep forgetting to catch the man's name at the window, but he has longer hair, usually wears it in a pony tail, facial hair, everytime he is at the window, he is always so thorough! We are never missing items and he is always so nice! When he's not there, we usually get someone rude who doesn't have good customer service, and I come home to things missing from my order...

The service was efficient but had trouble with getting order right. Fries were good but Burger was a little bit to dry for my liking. But it was a pleasant dining experience and dining room was clean.

DO NOT EAT HERE‼️ I ordered from the drive thru, pull up to pay and receive my food. I pull around to the front to check my order and the fries are all salty and old. The manager Ken was at the front door smoking as I was checking my order so boom soon as I am about to get out he runs in the building ( literally runs smh) It was about 3 cars in the drive thru, so I walk to the first window and ask the young lady for fresh fries (guaranteed fresh) because the dining area was locked ...She tells Ken and he is rolling eyes putting his hands up etc I am at the front door looking he comes around.. so I yell thru the glass is it a problem did I do something, he says I'm on the phone calling the police‼️ I'm like what? Moral of the story don't eat here or you might go to jail. Worst customer service from a manager I ever seen.

Service is poor at night. They purposely ignore you so you will drive off. It has already happened to me 3 times and to my husband last night. The day crew is amazing though.

Was at the drive thru tonight approximately 10:30, they were taking way to much time. Only 2 vehicles ahead of mine. A customer ahead of me was waiting to place his order and there was a long delay before the order taker got his order. The customer pull up then I did also. There was a long delay before my order was taken. A guy finally comes over the intercom and ask me have my order been taken. I said no, he got my order and I pulled up and paid. I advance to the pick up window and I see employees appear to be arguing. I sat there about 7minutes waiting on my order. I knocked on the window and Kaitlynn(Caitlyn) came to the window and I asked for a refund because they were taking way too long. She slammed the window closed and walked off. She need to be fired for being so rude and unprofessional. Horrible service at night.

Was a positive experience. Wendy's double with cheese is always good comfort food. Be careful exiting the drive through, they now have you exit right into incoming heavy traffic. I don't like that. 😠

Unfortunately when we went today they were currently out of drinks team member asked if that was okay as we were getting combos we said as long as they're not getting charged for the drink was informed drink prices automatically included why am I paying for something that I'm not getting so I said never mind and drove off
