If you like an old time lunch counter at the pharmacy, you’ll love it here. A trip back in time with sandwiches, sodas, malts, shakes, and desserts. So much fun!!!!!

While I understand that all pharmacies are experiencing longer than normal time to fill prescriptions and certainly don't mind waiting, the rudeness of the staff here is unacceptable, particularly Stephanie. I would suggest retraining your staff in customer service and simple manners. It would also be great if you could correct whatever error is causing 'prescription ready' texts to be sent at 5:59 PM, 1 minute before your close time.

Their staff has always been friendly to me, but not having my prescriptions ready for 3 days is not okay. I’ve been taking my medication for 10 years and was out and they did not fill it for 3 days. It says you can have seizures if you stop taking this medication. Same with my husbands prescription that he’s been on for years. It took them 3 days to fill his prescription and he ran out as well. This is just unacceptable. I loved coming to Graham’s but I think we’ll have to find another pharmacy if they cannot get our prescriptions filled when needed.

I went local during pandemic to support our local businesses. The pharmacist was instrumental in grabbing my business and doing the transfer himself without lifting a finger myself…thank you. But your staff during this entire 15 months of Covid in my monthly renewals and visits to your business has been unpleasant! They are rude! Rethink your “local” stance and strive for a difference. Jocelyn has been the rudest! I’m going back to HEB as well the other members in my household. Stick to sandwiches and trinkets! Done!
