Maybe they were short staffed in the kitchen?
I went here today maybe 5 groups of people including my party of 2.
To go orders were flying out of the store,
We said for about 50 minutes before getting our food.
Other than that, the place is clean and the staff are nice. Food was good, but that wait was a bit insane.

We ordered Asian zing and garlic parmesan and both tasted really well. The only issue was the waiting time. We had to wait around 30 minutes to pickup the order.

Ordered Boneless and traditional wings with FRIES. Order had no fries boneless wings were hard as a rock with seasoning just dumped on them!(Ordered buffalo hot sauce)? Traditional wings were chewy and spice just dumped on them in the box! (Ordered well done buffalo hot)?

Have come here many times and have gotten good service each time. The food is good and have had good luck with the kitchen service though im a little biased and lenient because I have worked in a restaurant kitchen and know the struggles. Will be coming back!

Food was good. I ordered online and went to pick up. But they had a waiting time. So I got sometime to enjoy some games on the TVs.

I always love bdubs. They have handful of options. Most of the times I visit at afternoon between 11AM - 2PM, they have a special menu with reduced prices. Most of the times I go with mango habanero, parmesan garlic and thai curry. These taste delicious.
One thing I noticed was, at the entrance it smells weird whenever I enter, not sure if that is because of cleaning liquid or some other. Except that everything is great.

Great menu, nice tv setup, and decent beer list. However, food always seems to be hit or miss. Most importantly, do NOT order the coleslaw… it’s made with Italian dressing… a lot of Italian dressing
