Over 2 hours late. Most people are asleep by the time I got my food. Pizza was cold. Chicken was still hot somehow. Delivery driver said he was the only delivery person, which I can understand, but then tell me that pizza will be 3 hours from order time and then I can decide if that’s acceptable or not. Unbelievable. Will never ever use again.

Today is Memorial Day, and though I expected Domino's Pizza to be super busy (which they were), Luis - the “General Manager” assisted me very well. He was patient, kind and generous, he informed me about the status of my pizza and the delivery driver. He also ensured I was satisfied with the service and for that I am very pleased.

I ordered 4 pizzas and a salad at 3:50 pm and was told by the staff that delivery time would be 4:50 pm. Called at 5:10 and was told the pizzas just went in the oven because they were very busy. Pizza arrived at 5:50 pm! I received 4 pizzas and a brownie, no salad. Called back and was told that the initial staff member gave me the wrong delivery time!! They offered to deliver a salad, but I didn't want to wait another 2 hours for a salad! Requested a refund and will never use this Dominoes again!!😡😡😡😡

Very bad experience with this store: the first time they were late, I was distracted so I didn’t even noticed it. Dominos was nice enough to send me a free pizza for the delay. 2 weeks later, I decided to redeem the free pizza and order another 2 items. My order was placed at 9:55 PM, I received an email saying I should get my order within 42 to 52 minutes. I called the store at 10:58 PM, the person who answer was unprofessional and she was asking someone else “ what do you want me to tell her” then, they said they only had 1 driver and orders were piling up, but the driver was leaving the store with my order right now. I’m writing this review at 11:45 PM and I still haven’t received the order. I will make sure we never order from that location ever again.

It's hard to pick a single Domino's in Delaware that serves such excellent consistency but this location is always accurate and delicious and always has the perfect crust to the pan, so thank you all! I'm sorry for all the Bills and Karen's ya gotta deal with but your true customers really appreciate you.

For prospective employees: The current manager, Louis ("Bubba"), is extremely abusive, and he admits this and doesn't care. Do not work here under the current management. He and the other employees were so horrible constantly that I was forced to quit. Work at another Dominos store instead, the other locations in the general area are so much better.

We waited four hours for our food to get delivered. And every time we called they told us it was on the way. The restaurant is literally fifteen minutes up the road from the house. I would have rather they'd been honest so we could have picked it up. Their customer service is awful.
