The drive thru woman is a trip telling me she's 38... No way in hell... Service was great as always at this location. As long as they don't run outta Dr. Pepper and sliver onions at the same time... Then again why the trucks always late. Just um keep extra stock or run to a partner store and trade products or something...

First off the customer service was terrible, took us 15 minutes to get waited on, employees were rude to other customers including my SENIOR grandfather who cannot hear very well. Two other customers had problems why we were there, their fish sandwich had chicken on it, and The other woman had got the wrong food and was billed incorrectly Then employees talked bad about her(called her bad words). We gave the woman $100 bill The total ended up to be 26 dollars and some change and I build us change for $50 bill in total we paid $75 for $26 meal so we got ripped off $50. Would not recommend. They don’t even deserve one star

Well most mangers at this mcdonalds are great. Employees are hit and miss food quality also very questionable at times. Getting unsweetened teas are common when ordering a sweet tea. I personally think owners need to step up and look into this mcdonalds. The one in town always have great service and great food. Both mcdonalds are run differently. But I would honestly have to recommend the one downtown.

The bathrooms were decently clean, there was a system error tho so can't really blame the staff which was nice. The system didn't process order so we waited about 20min for like four drinks.

Ordered crispy chicken on buns. Usually very good. Today. Chicken overdone, buns hard , old. Talked with management. Stated time for oil to be changed. Made excuses. Said buns were fresh. Well if oil needs changed don’t wait for a lot of people to get bad food and it’s alright to make a mistake and burn the bun but don’t act like the customer is stupid and don’t know what their eating. Upset over treatment.

Evening shift on 01/30/2022. Didn’t cook my food burger all the way- meat was raw. Order a number 3. My wife’s was the same. Asked for napkins and barbecue sauce and didn’t get it at drive through. Go down town to McDonald’s if you need your McDonald’s fix because this crew here obviously doesn’t know what they’re doing.

Love these people. Louella the manager is THE BEST she really trains her employees. I'm so happy to have a local McDonald's that is outstanding. A+ guys
