Very let down. I understand these Starbucks aren’t the same as the stand alone Starbucks, but come on, there’s no reason for something to be this sorry. They close down at 8 every night when they’re supposed to close at 9. And make up excuses that they’re either out or something is broken. The people who work there can barely make a regular coffee, let alone a multi-step drink. My pink drink tasted really weird multiple times, almost like it had a tear flavor. It seems as if they’re always over staffed or under staffed.

They are so rude here. I've never been treated with such disrespect from Starbucks employees. Usually only one person working here. Then they don't even bother to tell you they are missing ingredients. Yet they charge for extras , they don't have. Then they refuse to refund your money after finding out they didn't make your drink correctly. I'm a traveling nurse and been all over the country and this is the WORST STARBUCKS EVER

Over-rated and over priced. You can get better coffee at any of the fast food places in town. If you want a dessert drink or a bougie frappuccino to give you the illusion of civilization then be my guest.

I love coffee and tea.....but it depends who's making it and at what time of day (had two messed up drinks before that. They wasnt the greatest. I've only been there twice)
