Pizza Hut

We ordered the feed two which was 8 wings large one topping pizza and cheese bread. The food was very good. Our servers name was Madison and was good also. Lately good service is hard to find. Good job Madison keep up the good service.. they are short of help right now so the hiring stuff is right up in your face when you walk in. Over all it was really good even though they needed little more help but didn't have a long wait time.

I order a pizza online and receive a text letting me know that my pizza was out for delivery but I waited 56 minutes and they still didn't show up the delivery driver never called to ask for directions. So I called pizza hut and they made me another one and this time the other delivery drive called and asked for directions, she was very nice and apologized for the other driver. I'm not pleased with them because my pizza wasn't the best. Come on pizza hut do better and please hiring drivers that has common sense to call and ask for directions

Ordered online for delivery Saturday, April 2, 2022 at approximately 9:45 pm. The website and my confirmation email showed that my order would arrive in 35 min. Waited an hour. Called the store. Sat on hold for 15 minutes just to see about the status of our order. The lady that answered was EXTREMELY rude, said she has no way of knowing when our order would arrive. She did not bother to ask our name or any information on our order. When I asked if she needed my name for the order information, she rudely said “all three of our last orders are going the same way” then she hung up the phone. I just hope the pizza (a $67.00 order) is hot and tastes like it should; AND the rude employee gets the extra training and coaching that she so desperately needs if she is going to continue working with the public. Edit: Pizza finally arrived. COLD. Wings, COLD. I will say, the only positive outtake from this whole awful experience… the delivery driver was sweet as pie!

I ordered through door dash from Middlesborro Kentucky. The store claims they never received my order, when I called the store the person I spoke to said it was door dashes problem and hung up the phone on me. You would think they would offer to help fix the issue. Will never order from a Pizza Hut again ANYWHERE.

I order a special today witch was 2 large one topping 10 hot wings and a double order of cheese sticks.. this was ordered at 4:30pm this after noon and my driver didn't show up to my house until 6:40pm I live 10 mins away max.. the manger was very rude an expected me to accept that food an when I refused she hung up on me an wouldn't take my call back.. needless to say worse place in town now.. side note I final got back to someone who would talk to me an made them make it again to send back to us...

Me and my husband came in and ordered our food tonight. Our waiters name was Becky. Well after waiting for our food for 40 minutes I became frustrated and went and asked when our food would be done. Well Becky (or Betty one I’m not sure) acted confused and asked where we were sitting. I showed her and she said she would go and ask. So I sat back at my table and waited for her to come tell me. I then over heard her talking to a coworker that she had forgotten to ring our order up. She then came back to my table and said “it will be another 15 to 20 minutes”. So we waited over an hour in total for our food (because it was over 20 minutes like she said) and didn’t even get told sorry or any compensation. I would have walked out if I wasn’t so gosh darn hungry.
