Mcdonald's

The managers are amazing at this McDonald's! Dee Dee and Polly, just to name a couple, have always been good to me and my family. There's quite a few employees that go above and beyond as well! It may not always be perfect food or in a timely manner...and sure they make mistakes, but we're all human and when we all realize that, your experience will be a lot better 😉

I normally never have issues here, but the guy working the counter today around 11:30 clearly hates his job. Didn’t catch his name. He was taller, dark hair-was also doing curbside orders. He kept rolling his eyes at my husband and I when we were trying to figure out what we wanted to order (being impatient I guess?) and when he brought us our food I asked for an extra condiment which I went back up to the counter to get so he didn’t have to walk back to our table and he was rude as all get out about it. Rolled his eyes again. I told him thank you more than once-never said a word back to me. I work with the outside public myself so I know people can be difficult, but that wasn’t us today. People are also entitled to a bad day, but to continually be rude for no reason when we were extremely polite and even apologized for taking a minute to look at the menu, just tells me he needs to find a new job. Food was good though.

Food was good overall, used the app. I'm pretty tech savvy but couldn't add pickles to my sandwich, or ketchup to my fries even when customizing. So I had to go inside to get my food, would rather of not gone inside due to covid. . Gave me a Dr pepper instead of Coke, had to go back in, that's why the 4 stars.

I had to leave 1 star to get a chance to review or it would be zero stars. My local McDonald’s had a land sea and air deal. I went to order. Got home and found 3 different sandwiches in the bag instead of 1 land sea and air like it says on receipt. Turns out you have to construct the burger yourself. I’m like why would I just not order the three burgers if I wanted to do a Food Hack myself at home. I want my Land Sea And Air burger. I think this bait and switch tactic is eligible for a class action law suit. I am returning my meal now. Demanding a refund. Don’t get any McDonald’s Hacks. Because you will just be let down.
