There’s a night manager that works there a female every time I come she gracefully takes my order I’ve never seen a person so happy to take my order and provide such great customer service. My food was hot and fresh and i enjoyed every bit this girl needs a raise she deserves it. I though she was a regular crew member until she pulled a set of keys out her pocket and I ask are u the manager she smiled and said yes love. I told her your awesome.

This is literally..not figuratively..literally the worst burger king in south Florida. If you've ever wondered what the opposite of Fast Food is..well look no more. This burger king would be in the dictionary next. I have to wonder how they can even make it take so long...it has to be intentional. Look at what these clowns put in my burger and for what reason ? I am always polite, always patient. I did sence an attitude problem with the person who took my order but I thought nothing of it since they are always rude and unprofessional there. I'm going to take this all the way.

Ridiculous, ridiculous, ridiculous. Absolutely horrible service. Manager on duty telling us to stop so that the timer doesn’t start in the drive-through. Ridiculously trying to screw around with their numbers. What an embarrassment. Maybe if you did your job properly you wouldn’t have to screw around with the timing. And rude to boot. I love this location.This is the only place where the employee will mess up an order then get mad at the customer. I feel like if I approach the day shift manager about an incorrect order I might get shot in the process. It's a great place to take your white friends.

I went to this restaurant twice in the same I encountered the same rude employee. He was so unprofessional However l went yesterday and the female manager was polite and had awesome customer service and wasn't rude like the other manager was.

Horrible staff. For the last 5 visits my order has been wrong. I always order the same meal and always ask for the sandwich to be cut in half. I always say at ordering at least 4 times to please cut the sandwich in half. Yesterday they did the exact same thing, when I checked and asked them to please cut it, the staff gave an attitude because apparently they were horsing around and screaming. Definitely will no longer go to this location.

Terrible service the manager screamed at my wife just because she ask if there was breakfast, she is pregnant and when I ask for his name he did not wanted to tell me. I don’t think he is able to be a manager he doesn’t have the capacity to treat costumers with respect first, second that’s the example that he gives to his other employees?
