Domino's Pizza

First when I got in to the store there was other two customers in front of me, the clerk called luke asked me to be out of the store due to the policy of having only one customer inside policy even though that was not the case when I got in. Then I got my chance and I told my name and order no. He asked my the phone no. and I gave him and he found my name then he turned to the side and start sticking the ticket on the boxes. after 3 minutes later he went to the rack and got my pizza which was really cold and I reminded him he needs to learn how to treat customers. To get my pizza from the rack would take only 30 second and he could do the sticking part. The pizza was not done right all the topping was spread around 4 inches around and the rest of the area was exposed with just cheese. Really bad experience. Hope they will improve their service.

From what I Know of this Location on Sw 184 st and South Dixie I believe its a Franchisee Store use to be a former Corporate Store in the 90s they sold it off so I can see why the Customer Service seems to be Rated Poorly at this location because they have to Worry about turning a Profit as this Location in back in the Day wasn't profitable when Corporate Owned it.. Also I worked at the Former Location on sw 148 st & Us1 and by my Estimates a Store probably has to make at least 15k+ a week in order to turn a profit and as a private Franchised store you can complain until your blue in the face Unless you have something that go's viral on the internet will corporate do anything .. and I know this area very well from the days of 148 st the people in this area love to complain about nearly anything. so corporate resolved what ever issues by selling it off

DRY PIZZA. Tomatoe sauce is non existent. I was suppose to make this review a year ago when my husband suggested we opt for dominos instead of Papa Johns. I already knew their pizza lacked sauce but to please my husband i agreed to Dominos. Only to be completely disappointed. That was a year ago. To which even he agreed that the pizza was dry and just a waste of money and waste of carbs. The second time we got dominos was because they had some promotion going so we figured we try again. SAME RESULT a smear of tomatoe sauce. Disappointment. We ended up giving the other pizza to our dog. He didnt complain lol. The third and final time which was .... About 2 weeks ago we ordered from them cause they were the nearest.. SAME RESULT dry pizza.... I literally had to open a can of tomatoe sauce NO LIE. This is my honest review and my biggest complaint i simply dont get it ... Is it just this location that has a tomatoe sauce budget or...? Its been a year and i finally needed to get this off my chest cause i honestly dont get why your pizza is so dry. Sorry to the manager and employees i know we all have families to feed (pun may or may not be intended) but all you have to do is put tomatoe sauce on your pizzas!! Papa Johns out here running the game and they give complementary garlic sauce with a pepper on the side 😩

On various occasions that I’ve tried to order from here I either wait for about 10 minutes and they pick up the phone and hang it up immediately or I’m on hold for over an hour. I’ve worked at a pizza place before answering the phone so I completely understand how overwhelming it can be but this place is ridiculous. The pizza is really good but the customer service over the phone is disappointing. Unfortunately I’m unable to order online, otherwise I would never call again.
