Dunkin'

This DD just opened. Of course, I just had to go. Friendly staff, good coffee, but my bagel was old and stale. Soooo disappointing🙁 I was going to go back but could not go back. Very disappointed as we were happy to have a DD nearby. I think I will return and try them out again. Hopefully I will receive a fresh bagel this time.😕

Well. Here at Dunkin Donuts on 79th Street by walmart. Had a great experience the cashier Cristina was amazing. The food was fresh and delicious it was a little hot but as soon as I said something the cashier turned the ac down. That’s customer service at its best. The owner franchisee should be proud to have Cristina as a worker on the front line.

I’ve visited several times this Dunkin Donuts location since it opened and EVERY SINGLE TIME HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. From rude unprofessional staff, different closing hours and the quality of the coffee it’s the worst I’ve tried. I’m not even mad, I’m just disappointed. Who ever invested in this business without investing in a good hiring and training made some real mistakes. Won’t recommend to anyone. Christian M.

1st visit: The guy (don't know his name) made me a delish caramel iced coffee. I paired it up with sausage croissant sandwich which it was good too. 2nd visit: I did the mobile order so when I went to pick it up the store was closed. (Closing is 8pm not 10pm like it says online.) So I went to the drive thru & the cashier tells us there was no donuts so that we can come in the morning the next day to claim our order. **Tips: Don't do mobile order at night because there is pretty much no food. Or call before you do a mobile order at night to be certain. Keep in mind they are "fresh out the oven" they are still working some kinks running the shop. I think they have good potential with this shop just need some time. ✌

Slowest service i have ever seen, employees dont want to work. Waited in drive through speaker for 5 minutes without a hello so i thought it was broken. Decided to go inside only to see 2 customers there who had already ordered. Waited another 5-10 minutes while having to explain to a completely different person ordering over uber, that they didnt have bacon… anyhow i left without ever ordering. Dont waste your time unless you got 30 minutes to spare to get a coffee.

I’m disappointed that I gave them the benefit of the doubt after reading the previous review. The coffees had no caramel even though I asked for two medium caramel iced coffees with c&s. ALSO I ordered a croissant with ham and cheese and they didn’t give me a croissant they gave me some sandwich looking bread. I couldn’t check everything because I was already rushing to work. This place JUST opened for the service to be THIS BAD. Mind you there were 10 heads working at 6 in the morning and apparently NOBODY knew what they were doing.

Ridiculous. From no one answering the drive thru, to locking the doors and making people go thru through drive thru to pick up their online orders. No one seems to want to work, customer service is nonexistent and it’s just sad. 3:28/22 UPDATED Thiight I’d give them a chance again… a year later still the same foolishness! 12:32pm, front doors locked, young lady with braids in Dunkin’ uniform sitting in first booth, face timing someone on her phone. I knock, she ignores me. Keep knocking still ignores me, I finally yell into the door crack are you not open? She said no go through the drive thru. I said you should put up a sign at least, rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders and went back to her phone. Go to the drive through young man says we only have coffee and donuts how can I help you. I said you have no good at all? He said no. I asked, is there a reason? He said he didn’t have gloves and if I want something to hurry up and order. This is the kind of foolishness this store comes up with. I should never have given them a second chance.
