There isn't a better franchise in South Florida to get quick, super healthy, delicious, and unique salads and grain bowls. As a fitness-minded person, having an affordable spot to get macro-specific meals in a hurry is a godsend. You are eating healthy, but you wouldn't know it by the flavors! Tuscan Sun bowl with brown rice was outstanding!

This is a place to go for a pretty good, and quick salad, however your want it. They have wraps and other bowls, but I have my own salad I usually choose spinach with similar toppings of what I posted. I’ve been to two of the many locations they have in Miami and they are both consistent in service and taste. Greens on greens on greens!

The food here is VERY VERY VERY DELICIOUS... worth EVERY penny. Have been going for years and the food has always been on point! The quality and flavor gets me every time and leaves me wanting more. One of my favorite reasons to eat here is that i always feel great after, even when i eat too much. Good food produces good mood- priceless if you ask me! Also had the privilege of meeting the owners recently, and they not only seem amazing but also express value and care for their customers (a lost are in most of Miami). Highly recommend making them a part of your normal weekly routine.

Great service! Excellent food. Super fresh. My husband and I are traveling around and our debit strip went out. The lady there was so sweet, welcoming, and understanding. She helped up immediately and we almost wanted to buy out the entire place. We are extremely satisfied as first time customers. Highly recommend this place. They have ordering online, delivery, walk in, and dine in. Fabulous employees.
