Wendy's

I’m a pretty regular customer at this Wendy’s for almost a year now since it’s one of the few food spots by my job and I only get 30 minute work breaks. I typically order here through the app and I have nothing but good things to say. The nuggets here hit different and the food is always ready before I get there. Even when I don’t order through the app, the service is always Top Tier. Best Wendy’s on the block hands down.

Service is fine and food is good. The biggest issue is the drive thru. People come from the side entrance and throw themselves into the 2nd drive thru speaker like if it was a stand alone line. While others are waiting properly. They should really install a concrete divider to stop people from skipping the actual line.

I actually haven't been here recently, but I tried calling them to confirm they had the new Strawberry frosty. The Wendy's closest to me said their machine was broken and could only have one flavor. So when I ordered on the app and came through the drive through I had to accept chocolate. This Wendy's will not answer their phone. I understand being busy and not being able to answer on the first try but it goes to voicemail which is ridiculous. The food was always just okay but for a while they were shorting customers on fries. You'd order a medium theyd give you a small. It happened to me and then the next time I ordered in drive thru the car ahead of me wasnt having it. I knew I wasnt crazy. Lol They had a large order and made the employee take back all the fries that were too small. I get to the window and they had done the same to me. So I haven't been back. And I won't be back given the other one star reviews.

Bad service last night , 06/13/22, after midnight… Person who take the orders, really did not want to sell, after asking him for several options on the menu , he told me that they did not exist, finally when there is an option and ask him for that he asked me to pay him in cash. Amazing….. I decided to leave and don’t buy anything after so much limitation and negativity.
