unprofessional, costumer waiting in line and they are on their phones, making jokes and playing around, very rude attitude.

I stopped off the turnpike at 9:15 at night. They were doing the register. So no one acknowledged me. One employee just looked at me. She was heavy set and was not working. So I asked her if I could get some service. She said I had to wait for the register to finish. The man was still there with no hello or smile. I am a paying customer with no acknowledgement at this location.

I absolutely love this place! Of course it's busy during peak hours but otherwise, I always have a great experience. Super friendly staff, great quality of drinks, and awesome promos when you use the app.

We will always hit the dunkin' donuts before hitting the road to go on a vacation.
We always stop here to get gas and to get a box of munchkins. I suggest getting munchkins over a dozen donuts because a dozen donuts will generally go bad if you don't eat all of them after a day or so.
Even though the service is a little bit slow, they always get the order exactly right. We have never had a problem ordering from here.

They often make mistakes with order. They often forget to put sugar on my coffe. The oven breaks, and they rip me off with my capuchino, they gave me a large cup almost empty. They need a lot of improvement

Big box donut shops are done. Major revamp needed from exterior to the receipes. Coffee is trash big time.

They are never carry a small cups even that it’s been appear on the menu ,
the prices are between 25 to 30% more expensive than any Dunkin in town .
