I absolutely LOVE the morning crew, my kids love their sausage egg cheese crossaint and they often request this for breakfast before going to school. The lady there makes it feel like family, she always greets with a huge smile and small talk without sacrificing quality or efficiency. I would not go to any other BK unless it's this one. Honestly, her customer service has made me a loyal customer. 👏 bravo 👏 please give a raise or some type of bonus for recognition as I read some of these reviews the consensus is clear that the morning crew is on point! Especially the ladies at the #2 window

Wow has this restaurant come a long way in the past few months (I'm writing as of 11/2022). The orders are correct and complete and the sandwiches and fries are hot and fresh. Drive through has not been busy at all lately so I'm guessing that their prior poor performance is keeping people away, but give them a try again. Changing former 1 star review to 5 - they deserve it for whatever changes they've made.

Let me start by saying I go to BK once every 1-3 years and I've always had a bad experience with the food and the service ... but this location was completely different. I didn't get an attitude at the drive thru speaker.. I didn't get gum chewing at the window.. My food was actually fresh, my onion rings were actually crispy and not soggy. This location should be recognized by their regional managers. I will visit again if I'm around town looking for lunch.

I come here every once in awhile. Sometimes the line gets a little lengthy but it eventually moves along. At the time of this review, the person who normally takes the orders is pretty friendly and almost always has a cute smile. If getting a meal wasn't too much higher in price than McDonald's then I'd come here more often. Otherwise, nice restaurant.

This review is for the crews of 07-30-21, and 07-31-21...8:30pm. I'm a truck driver who travels the entire country. I'm often in states where they still believe in great customer service, and looking you in the eye. Then I usually return home to South Florida, and am highly disappointed with fast food establishments. Well, they got it right at this Old Cutler Burger King. My visit on the 30th was good enough for me to return the next day. And on the 31st, I gave more specific details. The young lady really listened, and got everything perfect!! A gentleman even threw in a dessert because he felt I waited too long for the food! I really appreciated that!! Getting the order right, great customer service, and great tasting food equals me going back often. I'm glad they're the closest B.K. to me. But I'd gladly go out of the way to give them my business. Keep it up!!
