Excellent I was searching all over town and no one was as nice as these guys at Midway Ford. They were willing to do what it took to make the deal happen. They made me feel like a family member. I have purchased several new vehicles in my life time, but this dealership went far and beyond to make things happened. As soon as I walked into the dealership I felt right at home. I first did my research on the internet and found the car I wanted. Then I called and spoke to Mr. Eduardo Salinas I explained my situation and he told me to come on in and they would see what could be done. I had a traded in and I was upside down on it. My sales person was Mr. Cesar Hernandez, he knows what he is doing does not play around. He explained everything to me and we started the paper work. Then the finance manager Mr. Frank took my information and started to work on the deal. Bottom line is no one in Miami would give me a better deal on my trade or the New Mustang I purchased. They bent over backwards to make sure I could drive out of the lot in a new car. What can I say but THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I plan to buy my cars here from now on. The manger was also a great person and also made sure the deal would go threw. I am a very happy customer. At the end Brandon came over and helped with the Ford App on my phone so I could take advantage of the Ford App. This dealership has a team that will get the job done and get you into a car to make you happy. Thank you again.

Great experience with this dealer! Last 3 months to search a good deal for a SUV EV..a lot of scammers dealer in Miami Dade..we visited different but no one respects the prices that you can find on their website. Last week, on Midway Ford, I found a very good deal, we started to work with numbers and finally we made the business! I had a great experience, Jarred was my salesman and even when I was about to loss my mind (to be honest I was pretty harsh at the beginning)… He always keep calm, helpful and showing a caring attitude, Frank, the financial advisor did the extra mile to got me the best APR I have ever had… This people know what they are doing and make it simple. At the end of the day I left with a brand new car and extremely satisfied.
