Fantastic meal! Go into the experience with the understanding that as with a lot of fine dining the price tag is not going to be insignificant however, the food is worth every penny! Was able to have a wonderful date with some wonderful food and wine!

The best restaurant in Miami. The best overall caviar offerings and service in the country. I used to go to their NYC location and have been coming to this location since relocating to Miami. Everything is always perfect - the food, the service, the ambiance, everything! If you understand fine dining, you absolutely must go to Caviar Russe.

Private, intimate, beautiful, elegant, exquisite cuisine and top service.
I was looking for something different, tired of having the same dishes in different locations and this was a HIT!
Unique experience, definitely go for the testing menu.

This is a serious restaurant with very good food and decent professional service
Small and perfect dining area with open kitchen located in outstanding lobby in the four seasons building in Brickell Avenue
The oysters was perfect
The foie Gras mousse was served with strawberries which was instead of the traditional compote of apple! A new idea and we liked it
The tuna tartare topped with caviar was super good to excellent
The Caviar and it’s accompanying mixing presentation was outstanding and super good
The Moët et Chandon Champagne alongside the Caviar was great combination and we enjoyed the whole dinner experience and we will definitely comeback again

Atmosphere is amazing! One of the places where you can find my favorite champagne Ruinart. Caviar set is really good, stuff is really professional, which is not so common in Miami. Fish for the main dish is perfect ending.
