Reservation for 17 (multiple families with.kids) after school function at 9 at night. Kids sitting separately at one end with parents sitting at other end. Waitresses were excellent and kept track of who belonged with each family. Did excellent job of making sure everyone received the correct meal and check. Must have been stressful for them but they handled everything in an attentive manner with professional attention to the details ( bread baskets refilled, water glasses never got empty) Great job.

My family and I gathered for a special reunion and had a semi-private area. The table was set up in a square so that we could converse easily - I did not ask for that so was MOST pleasantly surprised. The food, as usual was superb and the service from the hostesses to the wait staff OUTSTANDING. My husband and I frequent Brio on our own as well as with friends - never experiencing anything less than excellent service. Our experience last night was topping on the cake.

Happy Hour is at the bar area (inside & outside) only and it's amazing! $5-6 drinks and food. The potato skins are non-traditional but great! The crispy shrimp is amazing. My friend ordered the other shrimp dish, (maybe black pepper shrimp) and it was delish!!! The burger was perfect! The sangria was tasty. The only issue I had was we sat at the outdoor bar area on the patio. It's not the cleanest area. They open a window to serve you as you sit at the outdoor counter. The tracks and window grooves are not clean! Since food is being served, it should be cleaned daily. I was starving so it was the least of my concerns but once I was satisfied, I noticed 😆

Love this place. The kids mac and cheese is the best. My daughter loves it. You can dine inside or sit outside. The staff is always friendly and polite. One of my favorite is the bruschetta. Everything I tried here so far was delicious. The bar area is really nice to grab a beer or cocktail, regardless if you are solo or with a group. If you are at the Falls Mall and want some really good Italian food, this restaurant is a must. It's easier to park in the garage and make the short walk, rather than trying to find a parking in front and across from the restaurant. There is also valet parking for $6 if I remembered correctly.

Great environment, our server Linette was beyond great. Food is nothing out of this world and might be a bit overpriced but it wasn't bad. Shrimp and lobster Risotto was the exception, it was delicious. Parking might be challenging on the weekends since is the mall but they offer valet and there are garages if you don't mind walking. Service was a highlight and the decor is nice.

We celebrated a baby shower and it was a great establishment with great food and staff. The menu option was very broad and the food was exquisite. The manager was very accommodating not to mention the event planner who went above and beyond to help make the room available for our guests. The waiters were very attentive ,very helpful, and professional. I was very please with their service and will highly recommended for any event such as shower, birthdays, company lunches etc. Thank you Joel manager, Daniela event planner, and waiters Alan & Steve.you guys made my sister's baby shower so much more special.
