I used to go to flanigan's in Fort Lauderdale all the time and now I moved down south to Cutler Bay this is my new spot. Atmosphere was great customer service was great. I recommend it

Bbq Chicken wings were tender, had a char, and bbq sauce was evenly spread around the wings.
Salmon sandwich was good. The Chipotle mayo made the sandwich tasty. Salmon itself tasted bland.
Curly fries were unseasoned and got cold relatively quickly.
Excellently priced lunch and dinner specials.
Waitress was excellent, attentive, and professional.
I recommend this place.
Edit: it was so good I went back the next day.

The food is consistently delicious.
The wings (the blue cheese), the ribs the fries and the brownie dessert are my go to’s.
This location is awesome it has some video games and a great waiting area (indoor and outdoor)
Easy parking (free)
And terrific service thanks to Nelson! (The manager)
He was friendly and checked in to make sure we were doing great despite how busy it was.

Brie and mgr Gabi were exceptional. They were attentive!! Asked me if I wanted something to drink while I waited for takeout. They noticed my fries were cold and switched them out for fresh ones!! They r best!!!

Being a combat veteran my wife and I decided to have a late dinner at Flanigans on Veterans day. Our server Hope recognized me from over 20 years ago and knew my military background and informed me they were giving discounts to Veterans. Thank you so much because 99% of businesses don't give discounts to Veterans. However, I was more impressed Hope still knew who I was after a being gone for twenty years.

We came for dinner yesterday. We were seated immediately. We were served by Amber and she was super attentive and friendly. We ordered blackened tuna hoagie with fries, which was delicious, and dolphin in breaded lemon sauce with pasta (super recommended), it was very juicy and tender. We ordered key lime pie for desert but unfortunately they were out of it. The food exceeded my expectations. It is worth a try!

We ate here for lunch yesterday and waited 30 minutes. There is always a wait and we’ve been here many times. Unless you want to eat at the bar, then it’s first come first serve. The service is very slow. Not exactly sure why. Our server was nice and knew the menu but the food took at least 25 minutes to appear and it wasn’t anything complicated. Overall the food was fine, heavy, even the “healthy” items are not light. It’s ok. Expect basic bar food, I’d give it a solid “C”.

I enjoy coming here mostly during weekday nights for the Joe meal deal, which is absolutely great. Kamil the host is always so kind & welcoming. The server the other night was a little slower than usual & passed by my table a couple times til i had to wave her down for the check. overall I love flannys
