Mr. Carlos Hernandez is AWESOME! I went to two shed companies before going to Superior Sheds. The other two companies had office personnel who acted like they were doing me a favor by allowing me on the premises AND they acted nonchalant about my desired purchase. Mr. Hernandez was the ONLY ONE who was friendly, took time to listen to my concerns, answered my many questions & helped me choose a shed to fit my needs. Needless to say, I purchased a shed the same day! My shed was custom-made & it was built BEFORE the date they estimated it would be finished. The day before the delivery date, I requested delivery to be as EARLY as possible (instead of the 10am to Noon timeframe I was given). The delivery guys were at my house at 7am to deliver the shed! Both delivery men were courteous, knowledgeable, & professional. Attention was given to every detail of my order/delivery. Instead of treating me like I had only purchased a STORAGE shed, they treated me like a Realtor would when purchasing a new home! Superior Sheds is exactly like their name implies - SUPERIOR in Quality & Service! 😘

I called Carlos at his office and he told me about his sheds not batching the competition one thing I liked about him to tell me about his sheds. He was patient with my questions and the finance he had available. So me and the wife bought a 10X16 Shed were happy with the installation and delivery of or new shed. Will send over my dad he needs a man cave Carlos. Thanks again for being a true professional .

After shopping around for the perfect shed for our new house my husband, Silvio Garcia, came across Superior Sheds of Homestead. He made a call and spoke to Jimmy. Literally 30 minutes later we were owners of a beautiful new shed, that it doesn’t look like a shed it looks like a detached garage and in the inside looks like a barn. The delivery team were great as well. Very professional and did an amazing job. We owned a little 4x10 shed and they worked with it even to the point of moving it for us to the perfect spot. I purchased a Shed from Superior Sheds and must say it is the best thing we did. Carlos was knowledgeable of product specifications. He took his time answering all my questions while there and thereafter. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you are in search of a quality product. They will work with you and your budget and not make you feel obligated. Touche Superior!

Updated on 9/16: It has been over two months since I wrote the review below. We are still waiting for our shed. This company is totally unprofessional and unresponsive. Our permitting application was denied because the drawings that Superior Sheds provided DO NOT MEET WIND REQUIREMENTS for Miami-Dade County. The shed company keeps calling to try to deliver a shed that doesn’t meet the standards that they promised and they are unresponsive in resolving the issue. We are now $700 in with deposit and permit fees and are forced to either cut our losses and forfeit the money, accept a sub par shed, or wait (months??) until they deliver updated drawings. Even then, that means more permitting fees to have them reviewed again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! Original review July 2020: ZERO STARS! We put down a $400 deposit for a shed over six weeks ago, which was supposed to take no more than 4 weeks. We have called numerous times to check on the status of our shed. Most of the time they do not answer the phone. The one time we got someone on the phone we were told they were checking on the status and would call us back, which they never did. We have left countless voicemails at this office as well as the corporate office and have never once received a call back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! At this point they are holding $400 of our money for no reason. We have already paid hundreds of dollars in permit fees that are nonrefundable.

I went in to shop for a shed and was very lost never have I before shop for a shed. I went in to see the different sizes and styles of sheds and i was welcomed by a happy, enthusiastic salesman Carlos Hernandez. He showed me different options asked me what i had store in the shed and came up with a 10X16 shed. He was NOT pushy and listen to my concerns and I finance the sheds with little money down no Pre-payment penalties. Thank you Carlos I'm sending friends and Family to see you. Thank you again Maria
