Amici's Trattoria Italiana

I used to frequent this restaurant with my girlfriend before she became my wife almost 10 years ago... We have been here a few times over the past years and decided to come back while we were in town. So... We took my grandma here for her birthday and she loved it! Usually picky with restaurants and doesn't like to go to new places for her birthday, she was very happy overall. All the food was good and mostly authentic flavors. Good service as well as good atmosphere. There was no live music the day we went but we still enjoyed ourselves. Will definitely eat here again in the future when we are in Miami.

This is my third visit here and each time was consistent. The food was good, not over seasoned, a large portion and very reasonably priced. The service was good and our waitress would always check on us. We never came here during there busy time so I cannot speak for that. My go to Italian dish is spaghetti and meatballs and I think they did a great job with taste and portion size. I will absolutely return! My review today is based on a pick up order. I ordered food for pick up and when I arrived they gave me my food and when I got to my car I realized that they forgot a part of my order and I had to go back inside to get my missing order. When I got home which was less than a 10 minute drive we sat down for dinner and we unfortunately found the garlic rolls to be hard which often they are typically amazing. They were hard and unable to eat. We tried to microwave them to hopefully get them soft but that didn’t help. I believe whoever placed them in the bag for me to take home had to realize that they were not soft and should have never given those to us. My advice to anyone who is picking up an order would be to check everything which is a lesson learned for myself. And what was sad is that the time of our order and pick up was a very slow time.

Amici’s has always been a neighborhood comfort spot for me. Love the food, the random live performances, and their ability to accommodate large parties. Their dishes are also awesome, and I would definitely ask for the amicicity and their pizza. Their service is always great too so you’re bound to enjoy your visit.

You will not be disappointed with the food, especially the pizza!!! Their lunch special is also great! However the service is average to under average, the hostess is always doing something else and the waitress takes quite a while. It's one of those places where take out is a lot better than dining in.

I went here 10/19/2021 to get some food. I hadn't eaten all day and wanted to check this place out. This is an Italian restaurant that serves pizza, and pasta dishes mostly. You can get seafood dishes without the pasta. You can also get appetizers without the pasta as well. The calamari is still breaded so not completely gluten free , but needed to ask them about gluten free pasta. But overall good meal and I started eating it before taking photos. It was good. I do recommend
