Chick-n-grill

um just called to place an order and a very familiar voice picked up. I say familiar because I order from here often (cus of the food not the service) this girl who's name I don't even care for has the stankest attitude. I hope the owners can read this and figure it out cus she needs to stop answering phones like that and with the way she spoke felt as if me placing an order was a bother. forget this place! I work very close so me and my office always ORDERED til today....fix it jesus! lol sorry chick n grill , the food is good but not that good to deal with that type of service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Ended here by coincidence after buying cupcakes. read the menu and was happy to find out kids ate free wednesdays,or NOT! After asking for two adult meals I proceeded to then order two kids meals. first thing was that they didn't have the stuff on the menu but instead they only had chicken strips or nuggets and fries, was disappointed but just ordered that. When I went to pay I made sure to tell the lady about the free kids meal, I'm not cheap but I don't like to be made a fool. She looked confused and asked the manager about it, she answered that they weren't doing that anymore...ummm what? I told her it was written on the menu, anyways after making me have an uncomfortable time she gave them to me free. I don't understand why they don't know what they are advertising and don't even have the food in their menu. Long story short, my food was good but will not be returning due to their lack of knowledge...it was embarrassing and uncomfortable.

I like the generous portions at a good price! They make some good burbon chicken here, load it up in some tacos or a burrito wrap and add your favorite ingredients. I like it with pico d gallo, cheese, and jalapenos. The guys are cool here and it's a laid back place. Perfect for a quick lunch break.
