Einstein Bros. Bagels

2nd time at this location. The 1 star rating is not due to service. In fact the staff was very courteous and very pleased with the service. The big issue that needs attention is the poorly maintained AC system. In a time when the air we breathe and our respiratory systems are constantly attacked with the viruses, it is of the highest priority of the spaces we enter be clean. This filth is not from just a few weeks. This is clearly going back months and it’s disappointing to know that a health inspector has not made a point to address this issue. I noticed while I waited for my order and looked up and saw the condition of the ceiling paneling. It is totally unacceptable especially in a place where there is bread. This requires a replacement of all paneling and air vents. This can’t be cleaned and should be replaced. I hope the right person in management takes the initiative to do the proper cleanup with no food inside. Definitely I won’t be returning under these conditions. I have my share of respiratory issues and can’t put my life at risk.

Einstein Bros. Has many locations throughout Miami, this one has plenty of parking and seating area including outside. Their staff was friendly and helpful, the location clean and service was relatively quick. We order bagels for a company meeting today and some for us to eat there despite the fact that our order had a couple of dozen bagels and a dozen of brownies (extremely delicious) by the way they didn’t offer plates, forks or napkins until we asked for them. Try the Asiago or Jalapeño & Cheddar Cheese bagels with Low Fat or Regular Cream and Cheese you will like them. @Isaacpaiz

HATE TO SAY MY FAV BAGEL PLACE IS LACKING EMPLOYEES AND THEREFORE THE LINES ON A SUNDAY MORNING ARE LONNNGG AND I WONT BE RETURNING ANYTIME SOON. THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE AND THE POOR LIMITED STAFF WERE SO OVERWHELMED - NOT THEIR FAULT BUT RATHER GO ELSEWHERE....DESPITE THE GREAT CREAM CHEESE CHOICES.
