I ordered delivery. They threw half a dozen donuts into a bag, including glazed and sprinkles. Looked like a bag full of mush.
They forgot the 3 breakfast sandwiches, 3 hash browns and 3 coffees.
I understand forgetting an item but 9? Very unprofessional.

I stop into Dunkin Donuts on a regular basis. On this visit, in this location, I was helped by a very friendly person, that sadly, I didn't get her name. An older lady herself, she was very kind and patient with my senior father. She passed his instructions to the people preparing the food amd then, since we dined in, she even checked to make sure everything was ok. I will go back, get her name and update my review.

Customer service is horrible! While I waited to be helped there was 3 females chatting in the back knowing I was there. There’s not a “hi how are you?” No “thank you” nothing! The lady had a nasty attitude I mean I felt stupid for being so polite as everyone in customer service should! Idk if it’s because I’m from outta town but worse experience ever! Won’t be going there again!

Not a fan. While my wife and I love the franchise, this location is not friendly towards English speakers. I asked for a macchiato and it took them several attempts to get it correct. They blamed us for it instead. But we finally got it.

Online says open at 6, I tried to come in at 6:50 but the door was locked and it wasn’t open. Fix your hours or actually open
