Worst experience ever! The girl making sandwiches has on her headphone while talking to someone on the other end. She ignores you. No one wears name tags nor proper uniform! She has on some Victoria secret sweatpants. The manager "Asim" is a bigger scum bag. I address the issue to him and he dismissed it Like he had better things to do. Trash out side. It's disgusting . This lady has the worst attitude and the worst customer service I've seen in my life. The old lady was trying to make an order and someone gave her the order written in a peace of paper and the woman (serving) was so rude to this lady instead of helping her she gave her back the paper and shout her that she didn't understand anything, I'm guessing she doesn't know how to read nor how to treat people cause when I grabbed the paper it couldn't be more clear to read and this lady even gave Me attitude and was shoutting me also. This woman shouldn't work here. After the old lady left she started doing some pick up orders which she has to read so clearly she does know how to read

Definitely 1 of the best subways I've been to in Miami. Food is always fresh and every pick up order ive done was prepared fast and is always correct.

A couple of days ago, this location closed 15 min. early and tonight is the 2nd time I have tried to order my usual meatball sub delivery only to be told an HOUR later that they have no meatballs so to pick something else. So, still hungry, I grudgingly say ham and cheese will suffice. And I literally paid for Uber Eats to deliver a thin slice of meat with a thin slice of cheese inside the bread. Even worse, I had ordered 3 footlongs from this place and paid for upgrades. What a waste of my time and money. I order Subway several times a week and think this is about the point where I’ll need to accept they’ve gone completely downhill and need to find a new regular go-to. These past couple weeks have been the worst Subway experiences I’ve seen in 25-30 years!

. place need to be clean and it will be good if the wear mask when preparing the sandwich. So when they ask you for the order speaking on top of the food nothing will end up on your sandwich. Just a suggestion

Normally the owner is very kind and offers good service, but his employee today was rude to me; She behaved childish and petty. I had an online order that was not complete once I arrived, then I had to wait for her to start on my sandwich. Even with proof she refused to awknowledge an online deal through the subway app. I'm embarrassed for the owner because customer service is meant to be a reflection of the store's core values, and he entrusted it to this woman who gave me an awful attitude. I'll be taking my business to a more local subway, thanks for nothing.
