It was great honestly food and dessert was good, and our waiter was sooooo cuteeee I wish I got his number lol overall 10/10!! Thanks Damien!!
15 minute wait to get a table at 5pm on a Saturday; not bad, there's only one small bench in the "waiting area." And the waiting area is too small, so there was no place to get out of the way.
I thought the food was good. I got the Jamaican Black Pepper Shrimp, which almost tasted like BBQ shrimp. The plantains were good, and not something you see served in Louisiana restaurants often. The black beans seemed a bit weak, but I can forgive it since it was a side dish. Sadly I am not a fan of cheesecake, so I did not get any of their namesake cheesecakes. One in my group did get a slice of peanut butter cheesecake and said it was better than average (but not amazing). I got the Blackout Cake and had a similar opinion.
The prices are a tad expensive. My dish was ~$20. I did have leftovers, so that works out to about ~$10 per meal, but I usually have leftovers when I eat out.
I will say that the layout and traffic of the shopping center this restaurant in is a disaster, so brace yourself for that.
Whenever I'm on the road, I'll always research to see if there's a Cheesecake Factory in town or close by. Found one!! Although I had already had a filling meal prior to visiting, I can never pass up these delectable desserts, so this visit was to-go. Everyone had their own slice varying from an original w/ fresh strawberries, ultimate red velvet cake and white chocolate caramel macadamia nut. These delicacies are so creamy, rich and deliciously exquisite! I can't say anything more other than go pick up a piece or two or three.
HI,OUR VISIT WAS FROM 8:30 TIL 9:45PM OUR WAIT PERSON WAS ASIA JACKSON.SHE WAS VERY ALERT,AWARE WHEN OUR DRINKS GOT LOW,PROMPT SERVICE,SUPER ATTITUDE,FRIENDLY,KNOWS THE MENU.WE WILL VERY MUCH RETURN..ASIA MADE OUR VISIT,SOMETHING TO REMEMBER..JONATHAN
The fish tacos were light & mainly filled with fresh veggies, they are served with a small side of salsa but truthfully needs to be served with a lot more salsa as they can be dry.
The red velvet cheesecake is a layered dessert of cake with cheesecake covered in a sour cream icing-- this was the best cheesecake I've tasted in quite some time! Cannot wait to go there & try more of their desserts!
Hmmm... Lots of bad reviews here, but I actually had a pretty good experience. The atmosphere reminds me of a casino, but I was passing through headed home, and didn't want to spend a whole lot of time in a restaurant. Now they weren't all that busy, as it was early, but the waiter was on time and very accommodating. The tiny tacos were pretty tasty, and was a first for me. Never had anything like that. He kept my tea glass filled, and brought the check on time. Wish I had time for the cheesecake!
Angela. My daughter graduated from college today. My family and I ate at cheesecake factory in metairie , about an hour ago. The food was good! We loved the atmosphere of the place. It was clean and neat. The waitress " ISIS" was wonderful ! She was professional, courteous , and very friendly ! We got a lot for our money ! We will visit again in the near future !!
