We just visited for the first time, and I can not recommend it highly enough. Charming, old-timey decor, plentiful & delicious food, and our server Amber left us wanting for nothing. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.
The food at Fausto's was wonderful. The veal was cooked to perfection and the stuffed mushroom were delicious. The service was great. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend Fausto's.
Best Italian!! Faustos sister is Irene's cuisine. 😍😀 everything we have tried was top quality meals. The chicken Louisiana is a fav for sure. Everyone is so friendly! Love love this place!!
Delicious. The softshell crab over seafood ravioli was delicious. atmosphere was great----not too loud. waitstaff was extremely friendly. Prices were a little above avg but the food quality was tops---good value.

Love the pasta vongola with clams and the chicken limone was delicious too. The ambience is romantic and it looks like you're in Italy. This is my favorite Italian restaurant next to Mona Lisa. :)

Amazing, Go-To Restaurant. This is my husband and my favorite date-night restaurant to go to. Inviting, warm, more like eating in your best friend's home than in a restaurant. Great down-home Italian cooking, flavorful, filling, and warm. Amazing at it's best.
Prices r getting outrages
I live in Mandeville and my family and I have been coming here for years. We drive over here several times a month because this is the best Italian restaurant. Always has good service and I've liked every dish that I've tried, my favorite is anything with their marinara sauce and their softshell crab is the best I've ever had. The owners are always really accommodating which is a nice touch.
Always good. Never had a bad meal here. Last time my wife and I ate there had an awesome grilled portebelo mushroom with crabmeat and white remoulade sauce appetizer, highly recommended. Plus the owners are always there, which I believe makes a huge difference.
My Favorite Italian Restaurant!. Tried Fausto's Bistro and it is by far my favorite place to eat great Italian food! It's very authentic and had really good service.

The food was delicious!!! I spent 65 with tip (im a good tipper) 😬 but I got an amazing Caprese Salad, Arancini appetizer 😍 and the Veal Medallions ... everything was so delicious!

A beautiful experience! Great, cozy and authentic atmosphere…the mozzarella-stuffed eggplant appetizer is AMAZING…the sprinkled breadsticks are so tasty and my favorite Italian dish, lasagna, was FANTASTIC! Can’t wait to go back!
Its been 2/05 since I'd been here. The food is still top shelf. The wait staff is coordinated & helps each other. Have recommended this restaurant to multiple since 2005, especially if I knew they were visitung NOLA for the 1st time. Live the food & atmosphere. 5👍 always. 😏
Really good family run restaurant with a neighborhood crowd. Food was great with a staff which were very good. It was my first time there, but I will be returning. Great experience overall. I don't say that about many restaurants.
Metairie’s Italian restaurant’s best hidden treasure! Since the early 80’s, Fausto’s has been consistently serving mouth watering Italian staples that will leave you wanting more. The murals and atmosphere add to the experience. Plus super friendly service. A must go to!
First visit...it was great! Absolutely loved the veal parmigiana and the Involltini di Pollo (chicken breast stuffed with spinach and mozzarella) with mushroom cream sauce. Served fresh salad and hot garlic bread. Service was great!
A delight to share a meal again at Fausto’s. The soft shell crab over crawfish pasta is delightful! The restaurant is buzzing w flocks of New Orleanians anxious for the superb food!
