Saw a Facebook post a few days ago and realized I needed to try the Chicago style pizza. We walked in the door and were immediately so pleasantly greeted. The menu has some amazing options (pizza waffle cheese fries �) and we finished off lunch with Creole Creamery ice cream that they offer in house. Every employee was so kind the owner made it a point yo greet us and check on us, and the place was so clean. We will definitely be back.
Just had dinner there - everything was AWESOME! The pizza fries were good, spinach and artichoke dip was divine and we did a half meat lovers, half supreme pizza - to die for! The service and all the staff were top notch and who I am assuming is the owner was walking around to every table checking to make sure everything was ok! Quite a little gem in Metairie, we’ll be back ��
Absolutely amazing Chicago deep dish. Takes 45 minutes to make but well worth it. Friendly staff and just down right good pizza
The only place I've found with real deep dish pizza in Louisiana!!! Oh and they have NY style too. Both great.
Some of the best pizza I've ever had! The loaded deep dish was well worth the wait. The beer was ice cold and quick to the table. The staff had a wonderful attitude and were very helpful to give input to first time customers. As a side note I was really impressed how the entire staff worked together as a team to keep glasses full and the place in proper working order.
The pizza pretzel is really good. I'm a fan of soft pretzels, and the addition of cheese and pepperoni is nice. As far as the pizza, I got the muffaletta and it was good. The crust on their deep dish isn't exactly like what I've had in Chicago, but in this case that is a compliment. Rather than just thick and bready, it is crispy and a bit flakey on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. It is difficult to describe, but very good.
Service and environment are good also. I'll go back whenever I want a deep dish pizza.
Friendly service but could more improvement on meatball sandwich. They could of added more sauce, cheese and mayo. And the inch at the end of the sandwich was dry bread. I'll go to R&Os next time for meatball sandwich. I read in the comments the meatballs were good. Probabably would have been better with more sauce and mayo and cheese. Gret place for kid parties.
Well, we tried to come here on Monday... But they were closed! How depressing... But we waited and came again on Thursday and we're sure glad we waited and tried coming again. This was one of the best pizzas I think I've ever had. We ordered the 16 inch New York specialty supreme pizza and we were not disappointed with it. The mushrooms were about as fresh as any I've ever encountered,. And the crust on this pizza was excellent! Additionally they've got a Creole Creamery ice cream bar (which they'll give you samples from) that you can get ice cream for dessert from but after all that pizza and the chocolate chip cookies that they brought out for us at the end of the meal I don't think I need any ice cream.
As shown this pizza is a 14" a Chicago style deep dish. And there's plenty of cheese. This was a large, half supreme, half meat lovers.
