My friend and I have been coming to this location for a few years now because its close to our work. When we first started coming the staff was rude to each other and customers. The manager was not a nice lady. They hired new people and I'm assuming a new manager because now their staff is so nice! Kevin is one of our favorite's! The food is delicious too. We recommend this location! Kevin needs a raise ! ;)
People at my office and I have ordered twice from this store and each time they forget something. I'm not sure how it can be missed since it's all itemized on the sales receipt. Just like all businesses, the prices have gone up, but paying $7.69 for chips and queso and not getting the chips is a problem. Please train your employees to read so they can fulfil the customer's orders correctly.
Had a great expirence with a staff member named Alex! His personality, excellent service and friendly energy are the reason I come back to this location time and time again! Thank you Alex!!!
Was interested to see what this new location would be like and I pleasantly surprised. This is still a much better alternative than Chipotle and there seem to be more options. It’s still a form of “fast food” but it doesn’t taste like it. The new habanero sauce is just the right amount of spicy and very tasty - they will let you try it before you decide, which I thought was pretty cool. The staff was great except for a couple members that seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Overall, I would definitely recommend as a great lunch spot.
Had a great meal at Cafe Rio tonight. The manager Greg took time to help me decide on the chicken quesadillas which were delicious! We were greeted pleasantly by Rocio, Alyssa, Belinda, and Veronica, who all had smiles. All the ingredients were fresh. Definitely going back to try more!
I have never been to Cafe Rio before, but we went there on a recommendation. The burritos were delicious and made very quickly . Definitely recommend.
My first time at this location and it was amazing. Taylor was super nice and amazing. The food was great. They where short handed but it was very fast service.

The food and service are great! I am in love with the barbaco quesadillas and queso and chips! The service was outstanding....great portions.
They have delicious food made fast, this is why it's one of our favorite restaurants. Yesterday I walk in like any other time, but at check out my card did not want to work, we ran it 3 times, the line behind me was getting longer instead of making a big deal, the cashier simply pushed the food towards me and said it must be issues with our machine. I got home and I realized 😳 my debit was on negative! it wasn't his machine it was my card. My parents raise me to always pay my debts and today I returned to the restaurant with cash. The young lady cashier from today said Alex wasn't working today so I left an envelope with a thank you card and money to cover my expense from yesterday plus extra for tip and I gave it to the staff to give to Alex. Alex, Thank you so much for your kind customer service my family and I appreciate your business.
