Can't Stop Smokin Bbq

Ordered the pulled pork and got all the sides, assuming they were just going to be tiny portions like other bbq places (and they were so cheap). I was surprised by how big the portions are! The sides are pretty big, definitely going to have a lot of leftovers. This is the best bbq I’ve ever tasted too. The pulled pork has so much flavor!

We have enjoyed the food here for years. BBQ is an art and these folks get it right. I have spent considerable time in Alabama, the Carolinas and elsewhere that endlessly work to perfect this cuisine. Can't Stop Smokin competes with the best of them. And the service is always friendly and welcoming. Keep up the good work folks. 👍

Small but mighty!! Best BBQ I’ve ever had! Meat is fresh and not froze which you can taste the difference! Sides are excellent and the cobbler is to die for!! Manager is very helpful and generous! If you call in an order the day before you can choose from a larger meat selection as this is a satellite store as the food is made fresh from the parent store! Wish I lived closer as I would eat here weekly.

First time here the other day. Was a bit let down by the brisket due to personal preferences. The pulled pork was amazing as well as the ribs. The star of the meal was the sauce, got 2 different ones. The darker sweeter of the 2 made the whole meal. It complemented the meat perfectly. The “spicy” one didn’t have any spice to it at all. 10/10 will be eating hear again!

My Girlfriend grabbed the Groupon on a whim and we decided to cash it in tonight. Decor - ☆☆☆ Clean & modern, but just enough seating that a few parties of 4 would make it uncomfortable to "dine in." Sauce - ☆☆☆ ½ 3 choices including sweet, zesty, and spicy. All three were well done, would be nice to see a mustard based sauce as well though; Zesty was our favorite. Meat - ☆☆☆ ¾ We chose a half pound each of the chicken, sausage, carnitas, and brisket. Everything was smoked very well and the sauce choices simply and effectively complimented each meat. Would rate a solid 4, but the chicken was a touch dry, chalking that up to trucking the meat from Chandler to Mesa every morning; split decision on sausage v. brisket. Sides - ☆☆☆ ¼ Grabbed the German inspired potato salad and the Mac N' Cheese. Potato salad was good, definitely better than most places who try and pull off a non mayo base. Mac was subpar for us, very generic and had an interesting (not bad) finish. Bread - ☆☆☆ Choice of a standard dinner roll or jalapeño cornbread muffin, both were good but nothing special; split decision again. Service / Knowledge of Product - ☆☆☆☆☆ I forget the young man's name who took our order, but he was outstanding and made the entire experience worthwhile. Overall Score - ☆☆☆ ¾ The Groupon value definitely pushes the "bang for buck" over the edge, and I would highly recommend grabbing it while the deal lasts. We will definitely visit again and appreciate an alternative to our normal BBQ joint.

My husband and I wanted to try a new place and what better way to end the night with some BBQ. We stopped in, very nice little BBQ spot (the full menu restaurant is in Chandler)... My husband got the Son's of BBQ combo plate (Brisket, Pulled Pork, and 2 Ribs) and I chose the 4 Rib Plate. I must say it's hands down the best BBQ I've tasted here in AZ... Or even my the best I've tasted ever! I've always loved ribs and these were flavorful and fall off the bone delicious. They have some BBQ sauces but it doesn't even need it! And I've always had bad luck with brisket... Other places they've been dry and tough. But the brisket from Can't Stop Smokin' BBQ will change your life. It's very flavorful, seasoned well, and breaks apart like butter. It's just so damn good!! I cannot wait to try more BBQ as well as visit the restaurant. My new favorite place for sure!!!
