I loved it they all ways make my drink called the PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE NO COFFEE EXTRA WHIP EXTRA CREAM definitely recommend

This Starbucks has some of the friendliest employees on the planet. Through the pandemic, those working the drive thru cashier to the person working the window, they simply are the best at customer service. There's allot of businesses that could learn from them as to what good customer service looks like. I know their training comes from the store manager so he/she needs to be commended on hiring these great employees who act like they really care about you as a customer. The quality of the products speak for themselves, but this location not only has that, but quality employees!
Great remodel and friendly staff. The new coffee machines are Hi-Tech and probably a good idea for maintaining continuity in a high turnover job. PSL, gotta love it! ❤️
The line has not been too bad the times I've come here. I think it's because at this plaza- rather- everyone flocks to In and Out Burger so not much of a crowd here. There is plenty of parking outside so you can sit in your car too to enjoy your coffee. The drive through line is quick and efficient.
The lady working there that I ordered from was very friendly and just had a genuine smile on her face and really showed she cared about their customers.
Their beverage temperature here is Goldilock's good too- just right. It's not too hot and not too cool. They also double up on their cups if needed so you don't scald your hand holding the cup.

This is a great Starbucks, top 10 in the Phoenix-Mesa area in my opinion. It's smaller than average but has a great Barista staff(shout out to Adam and Ethan). They always get my order right and it's a pleasant atmosphere with longer hours 4:30a-9pm

Trust me when I say this best Starbucks in this area, but how come I have to scream my order have it repeated to me, then come up to the window to then be handed a completely different drink I didn’t order? And then it’s suddenly my fault.? I’m pretty sure the neighbors in mulberry heard me.
I am still kinda salty that for the last 2 months it feels, that you literally shut down the inside and that’s my safe haven and I feel like I’ve been robbed.
I don’t like drinking coffee I’m my car alone.
More consistent than any other Starbucks your product always comes out perfect. The people are always friendly here. I would have given it five stars however it seems like the drive-thru is way too slow. It seems that they don't even start your order till you get to the window. which really if they would start it when you ordered at the intercom it would be ready when you got to the window.
