I have had celiacs for over 5 years now and this place is truly a Godsend! Many will NEVER understand the true sadness that comes over you when you can't have the same foods you once could. I have been glutened more times than I can count Now by restaurants claiming to have gluten-free foods when they really don't. I cried when I first walked in and read the menu. Lisa who I believe is the manager perhaps even owner hugged me and cried with me! The food is incredible!! This will be my new top favorite spot ever! Thank you guys for all you do you are truly a blessing to so many.
I have a severe dairy allergy, an intolerance to soy, and can't have gluten or grains. I was thrilled to find a place I could go eat with my family and not have to worry about dying. The food is delicious! The owner and staff are friendly, kind, and informative. I have gone back several times with family and friends. I tell everyone about this place!

Intentional Foods is the absolute best. The food was so beyond yummy. Being able to take my daughter to a restaurant where we know we can eat everything is AMAZING. The churro donut was unreal. The owners are the sweetest, kindest people and we will be going back many times.
It was soo nice to finally eat out without any worry of contamination or annoyance from staff over continuously reminding of allergies. The food was good, desserts were great and the staff is very nice and friendly. Will definitely be coming back regularly.
Absolutely delicious! The food is fresh and tastes like a real home-cooked meal. The owners are so nice, and it’s unbelievable how much flavor they create in their dishes and baked goods- especially without including any dairy, gluten, etc. Whether you’re someone with food sensitivities or not, you definitely need to eat here 🙌
Ned and Lisa deserve 10 stars for their amazing food! The delicious factor is out of this world, not to mention their incredible customer service. I seriously can't eat here enough; I crave their meals - so healthy and such perfect combos of ingredients. And the baked goods? WOW. The churro donut is a must, but literally everything I've tried has been excellent.
I think it's key to note that my husband, who has zero food allergies, also loves this place and quite genuinely chooses it over other dining options, so don't let the allergy free part of it stop you from dining here if you don't have food allergies. He is also the toughest critic of gluten free foods and is absolutely obsessed with their apple fritter donut. Thank you, Ned and Lisa, for creating this heavenly place!
Our new favorite place to eat. We will be booking our next birthday party there. We ate without any worries for the first time since being diagnosed with dietary restrictions. The owner and their daughter were there and the explained about their intention to pick better foods that also taste better. Wow I wish I could rate the food more stars!! A must go to place in Arizona.
Oh. My. This place is wonderful!! Absolutely the best healthy eatery in the area. The tacos (with lemon turmeric) are incredible! The service was exceptional. Lisa went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience.
Awesome service! Staff provided recommendations. The food was excellent and fresh. Try out the locally made, organic Kombucha - enjoyed it's refreshing, yet light taste and texture.
