Ive eaten here about once a month for the past year. I’m not sure if there was a management change since most of these reviews were written but I’ve had nothing but good experiences. The food is well made and delicious. I rate food a 5 because my whole family love the sandwiches. Specifically, the ham is amazing and they do a great job with the toasted subs. The employees always note when I have my kids with me and do or say something to make them feel special. Example: today they switched the usual sports program to a kids show while we were there. I’ve honestly not had a single bad experience at this location. I hope you all enjoy it as well.

I order online when I leave to pick up and they almost always have my order ready by the time I get there. Except one time when they were busy I had to wait. Firehouse is the only sandwich shop that offers soup as a side, when I'm not able to eat chips or cookies.

I ordered meatball sandwich for my children and they loved it. The pastrami sandwich is tasty as well. The crew were generous in giving us extra pickles. Overall we had a positive experience at this location.

8/20 came in for lunch and was helped by a very friendly front cashier girl short brown hair. She was very nice and helped me decide on a sub. She recommended the meatball and it was exactly what I was looking for regarding a little spice to it. Had a great experience.

Got there new smokhouse 3 meat sandwich and within 3 hrs had a horrible headache and was vomiting. The service was great and place was spotless.

Not gonna lie...this used to be my least favorite firehouse subs location but they must have hired new staff because my family and I ate there last night and the subs were delicious! Before, I don't know what it was but this location just wasn't as good as other firehouse's. We will go back again and hopefully it's just as good! :-) But I will say, this location has always been clean and the staff friendly. I'm just glad this new set of staff have increased the quality of the sandwhiches.
