If you’re looking 👀 for the best subs in the east valley “Firehouse subs” is the place for you. My favorite is the Tuna with lots of onions,my wife loves the corned beef. We have tried many different kinds of sandwiches & they are always delicious and well made with plenty of fresh ingredients,soooo I tried there “chili” & it is delicious, well made with lots of meat,and diced onions of course. Delivery is always well prepared and packaged properly. So if you’re looking for something to eat Firehouse is the only place to go, love it. 😎
We came here about 30 minutes prior to closing on a very slow weekend evening before Thanksgiving. We were wearing our Halloween costumes. Every single employee was just so nice and sweet and fantastic.
Sandwiches here are awesome. I always wish there was just a little more meat between the bread. If I was a fireman and a big dude I probably would want the biggest size with double the meat. But that would definitely make the price a lot more than I wanted to pay..
We are big fans of Firehouse though so we'll keep coming back for sure. Was very excited to find this location not too far from my house. Great customer service.
Everything was great. The employees, especially Andy, were very helpful. I love the food here!
The sandwiches were really good. I had the NY Steamer which had pastrami and corned beef on a warm soft wheat roll. Very nice. My wife had a club sandwich and she really liked it.
To start, I enjoy ordering from Firehouse Subs restaurant. This being mentioned, I ordered a medium meal tonight. The customer service here is spot-on! The cashier tonight provided 3 pickles rather than 1 w/ my sub. Pickles are a personal favorite snack! This Firehouse Subs Signal Butte restaurant had been clean w/ efficient yet friendly staff. In short, I highly recommend Firehouse Subs!
I had been leery about coming back here because we had several disappointing experiences in a row earlier this year. I decided to do a pickup order. Holy smokes, they had the order ready for us within 15 minutes. We took our time leaving to pick up the order because in the past it has been 45-60 minutes for 3 sandwiches, even for pickup. Also, none of our orders were incorrect as they have been in the past also. We applaud the team there now and hope they continue to keep up the good work. Will be back again.

I called my order in at 8:40 p.m. and they close at 9:00 ( bc online stops taking orders at 8:30).
I live one mile away so Steven ( turns out he is the main manager of the store) said come now and I’ll have your order ready. Yippee!
But then I get there and had left my debit card on my desk from when trying to place online order! Before I could even say something, while looking for my card making NOOO…noises Steven said, No Worries… on the house!
( He had also made the medium salad instead of the small by mistake and had said the charge would be for the small).
I was just standing there w tears in my eyes at how amazing this experience felt. He said he had a very long hard day and needed to do something to cheer his self up. And being randomly generous and kind was the best way to feel good.
What a terrific human being!
Plus B his assistant was right there with the whole thing and he made sure to give me extra mozzarella cheese.
This location can get very busy. So when you come on in just be patient and you will be rewarded with authentic + sincere courteous service and fresh delicious food!

Food is a little pricey but is so good. Definitely worth it! People that work there are nice and really seem to care about helping out firefighters.
Forgot to request no mustard on a sandwhich, rushed to the counter in the hopes they hadnt added it yet. Got a sigh and glance down at a recently constructed sandwhich, but the employee just kinda shrugged it off and decided to remake it for my benefit. Fantastic service, fantastic staff.
My first time eating here and definitely not my last. I got the beef and cheddar brisket sammich and it was hands down the best sammich I've ever had. Fuego 🙏
