Ordered a ultimate cheeseburger meal large size with curly fries. Got home and realized they were the regular fries. Tried calling it just rang non stop no answer multiple attempts. I usually check my bag for the contents are correct but it was a decent line and 1 maybe 2 workers only

This Jack in the box is clean and cheerful and the employees are always polite and friendly and the service is efficient and quick. The food is very tasty and it's definitely a fantastic price! We had a side salad here and it was absolutely delicious and fresh. Would definitely come here again.

For a minimum wage establishment, this place is well run. The bathrooms are stocked and clean, while the dining room is neat. All of the tables were wiped and the chairs were pushed in. The drink and condiment area was sufficiently organized and fairly stocked. Customer service was alright, like what do expect. Employees welcomed you in and efficiently took the order. There seemed to be nothing out of the ordinary at this establishment, everything was well-kept and the service was adequate.

This review is more about the deliver of the food and not the overall experience. What I mean is I had a dine in order. They forgot about me and I had to sit there awhile. They apologized and offered free desert. But the bigger thing I noticed was the food was unwrapped and ready to eat. I didnt have to mess with all the extra packaging. It was in the plastic basket unwrapped and ready to eat. To me that gave it the "dine in" experience like being at a normal restaurant. I'm thinking about it now and cant think,of any fast food place that does this. Seems small but for some reason it improved my overall dining experience.

I find that Jack in the Box is the most consistent of all of the major burger chains. The food is decent and the prices are quite low. What puts this place ahead of others are the friendly staff. They seem quite happy working there and it shows. Keep up the good work.
