My husband was getting a haircut at the barbershop in the same stripmall complex; I stepped inside the Firehouse Subs to wait (summer in Arizona); I planned on getting a small drink as I was waiting. They ended up giving me a complimentary drink! I really appreciate the service and the people working! Thank you!

Love this place. Mother is nursing home and always want's her sandwiches cut a special way and I never have a problem getting anyone to do it for me. Makes her happy and brightens her day. 🫶

Aaron is absolutely phenomenal! Great customer service and amazing attention to detail we truly appreciate this location for everything they did to make our experience a great one. It was my daughters 6th bday party and we needed 2 premium sub platters for her party at 2pm today and thanks to this amazing team we were able to make my child happy! Thank you all so very much.
