Hot Cocoa and Cherry Chocolate Bark as flavors? Heavenly.
This place is great. Lots of smiles and always ready to make sure you're getting the best ice cream combos possible. They must have great managers if the employees are that happy to be there. I always leave with a smile.
Just to stand in front of their cold case brings smiles. I mentally tasted every one of those beauties. The artwork and designs are still wonderful and inviting. I'm going back on my birthday and bringing home the cake I've always wanted.
I normally love ice cream here but the last couple times have been a bit disappointing. 1) The waffle cones we've gotten have holes in the bottom so it leaks out the bottom. 2) The service stinks. I feel compelled to mention that tonight the guy behind the counter had the personality equivalent of a doorknob and we were ignored by the girl who was sweeping. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because I USED to get good service and the treats are good.

Great selection, fast service, although young the people working there move quickly and are very helpful. This is sadly quite unusual these days whereby the younger kids working at these businesses generally don't take the job seriously. The management at 31 Flavors is doing a great job of keeping only hard working and mature staff at this location. The place was clean too, which is also unusual for a late night fast dining location. I definitely recommend that you stop in when you have a craving for frozen treats. Especially during the summer Baskin Robin's helps cool the soul!
The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that the layout in this store is very poor. It's cramped and there's little room to move around or sit at a table when people are in line. I don't know how to fix this but it would be important to take a look at a reconfiguration of the tables. The location on main and Greenfield is likely dying like all other Mesa Main St businesses so perhaps the store would do better if moved to a different area with more floor space, parking, and ultimately room to move around. Baskin-Robbins delicious alltime favorite icecream. But we had 1 banana split and 1 rootbeer float, $20 with the 2 bucks tip. Too expensive 🙄
Nothing like having a ice cream of a hot day. Well I drove across town to come to this baskin robin's. The service is great it's always clean and friendly. You couldn't ask for a better experience no pressure there what so ever you get what you want and if you want a sweet treat this the place to go
I didn't count, but I don't believe they have all 31 flavors. They do carry my favorite, Daiquiri Ice, the first flavor I picked as a child, because I liked it's color. I ended up loving the taste, even though I was told that I wouldn't, by my mom 😜. It's a small shop, with about 6 or so tables, but the staff is always very nice.
You know before you stop in that the ice cream will be great, the service, fine, and it will be pricey, but we'll worth it! Never been surprised! And that's good!
