This is beyond gross. My daughter found a leaf in her meal. This is a health hazard and so disturbing. I called and no one would answer the phone. I will be calling their corporate offices tomorrow. This place should be shut down. October 20th update: have been unable to reach the representative assigned to my incident. Called 5 times today and left a voicemail. Very inconvenient, very disappointed in chipotle and the whole situation. Way too much effort on my part for them to remedy this situation. You would think at the very least they would have refunded the charges on our card but no they have done nothing but leave a voicemail with a number that I can leave another voicemail on.

My colleague picked up our lunch today and what came back was a sloppy mess. Our food was thrown in the bag so poorly that salsa spilled out all over the place and the liquid mess dripped all over my clothes. Having a second look it's easy to see how. The salsa is mostly water.

This "barbacoa" is burnt and dry. Completely inedible.... Usually Chipotle is delicious. Im extremely disappointed. This is going in the trash. Do better Chipotle!!!!!

Came here 05/25/2022 at around 9pm. My friend ordered a burrito with just pinto beans and cheese. Her order came out to $3 and some change. I ordered a burrito with beans, cheese, and hot red sauce. My order came out to $7.15. So i got charged $4 extra for half a scoop of red sauce?? Asked the cashier why he charged us completely different and he said because i got hot sauce it was a veggie burrito lol Doesn’t make sense and i wont be back to this location. clearly dude doesn’t know how to properly ring things up.

Love Chipotle and eat it everywhere… the location in Dana Park however has quality issues. Twice in the last month the meat has been over salted and over seasoned. They often forget to include things in your bag if you ordered online - DOUBLE CHECK because they most often do not pick up the phone.

This place is fine if you go in. If you order pickup or delivery they will give you half portions of everything, idk if its a weird scam to save money or if they are just incompetent. But this is not even the first time i've gotten an order like this.

Ordered meal with a small drink. Paid but didn't recieve my cup. After I mentioned it was told I didn't order the drink.
Next person in line bought my drink for me out of kindness. Store should have just given me my drink. Are we there for the burritos or the soda?
It will be a while before I want to go back. Food was okay. They need to learn portions better. My chicken was swimming in sour cream. Unless you like that.

Worst location to get proper portion sizes. You're better off driving extra 10min to get a proper chipotle bowl or burrito. They been skimping past 8 months horribly. Even with extra ordered my bowls are less than half full.
