Very nice restaurant with good view of you are sitting outdoor but I recommend sitting indoor as it is very hot this time around. I have their fish and chips and it’s very nice and not too expensive! I would also like to thank Brad, he is very friendly, energetic and attentive, he made the whole experience a few times better! Thank you.
This place rocks! No pun intended... The server, Dawn was awesome and had such a beautiful aura that no words can describe. The food was delicious and reasonably priced but the spectacular view of the lake was as beautiful as the atmosphere around me! In conclusion, I obviously recommend Shiprock restaurant even if your not there to boat, swim or fish.... it's the place to be!
The view of Saguaro Lake from Shiprock Restaurant is breathtaking! The food is really good, and the service is great. The cook even came out to discuss a possible food allergy problem.
There's a paddle wheel boat (Dolly, I think) that gives tours that are really good, full of interesting information that the kids enjoy.
This place has an awesome view! Stephanie was our waiter. She was very kind and genuine. It made our experience even more better. We'll definitely be back to see her! :)
You’re coming here for the views not the food, my friends 😉 Although, our meals were pretty darn good! The French dip and Reuben with fries were delicious! I had the fuzzy melon ball drink which was quite tasty and my husband had the Tito’s lemonade which was very strong! The views were stunning and the breeze was nice! Everything on the menu is $16.99-18.99. The up-charge for swapping regular fries for sweet potato fries was $3.99 and that is excessive so I passed on that. We had an enjoyable time here but if you read other reviews, you will see that this place is not typically known for their food.
After lunch, you can grab a beer or wine at the gift shop and enjoy it on their boat roof deck. Very nice!
This place truly is worth the views and the outdoor seating definitely is it’s selling point. The onion rings and fish and chips were delicious. The staff is friendly and the food is reasonable price wise.
Awesome view of Saguaro Lake from Shiprock Restaurant! Food was okay, but fit expectations in my opinion. Great spot for lunch by the water.
Fabulous place to eat! The chicken was very good and the strawberry shortcake was amazing! The views from the patio are wonderful and the staff are all friendly and helpful. I really love the misters out on the patio, they really help on a hot day. Been here a few times and will definitely be back!
First time here with my two boys, it was pretty busy and we only had to wait like 20m. Sat right outside by the lake view and it was gorgeous. Staff and service was on point and fast. The food came up pretty quickly and it delicious.
Oh my goodness, this was an unexpected treat!! We were hungry after the boat ride (docked just outside from the restaurant.). Saw the restaurant, used the restroom, looked at the menu, sat inside for the a/c, ordered. Wow, the food was delicious to say the least, kudos to the chief!! Hummus with fried pita (loved it), salad, French dip all so good. So much food, stuffed ourselves. Service was friendly, fast, efficient...good team work! After the entertaining boat ride this place is a must!!
