I've been looking for a good veal parm sandwich since I moved to Phoenix 12 years ago. I found a great one. Even though I was there after lunch, the owner Frank, was kind enough to whip one up for me. And it rocked. Pretty place, nice staff. What more can ya say about a place this good ? Oh yeah.... Frank, call me if you're interested. Ask some of the other musicians who play there. Like you, I'm quite good at my job.
Pacino s is a great place to have a glass of wine and an appetizer. Everything I have ordered has been excellent. The pizza is very good too. They have prime rib on Tuesdays, wine Wednesday 1/2 off a bottle of wine. I hope to go to their Sunday brunch soon. They have entertainment at the brunch and in the evening. AWSOME addition to the East Mesa /Las Sendas area.
Bri, you bring EXCELLENCE to the service industry!! Honestly you are wonderful server! It was our first time here and we are completely impressed. The food is LEGIT and made the right way!! And I am a tiramisu critic, their Tiramisu is impressive. I love the live music too, my husband and I even danced. This is your go-to place for just a good meal, good company and a good vibe! You should do yourself a favor and come here to.
We are greeted with a very friendly waitress that was genuinely nice. Made us feel very comfortable when making decisions as far as what to order. She knew the menu very well and the food was excellent. If you're hungry for Italian food, this is the place to go. I would highly recommend it and would eat here again!
From the moment you step into this charming local Italian restaurant, you're greeted with the warmth and hospitality that only a local-owned establishment can offer. Every visit here is a delightful experience, but the dishes that truly stand out are the eggplant parmigiana and the salmon salad with house dressing.
The eggplant parmigiana is a masterpiece, with layers of thinly sliced eggplant, rich and flavorful marinara sauce, and perfectly melted mozzarella cheese. It's a dish that comforts the soul and pleases the palate, leaving you savoring each bite.
As for the salmon salad, it is freshness embodied. The salmon is always cooked to perfection, flaky and seasoned just right, complementing the crisp greens and the white balsamic house dressing that adds a zesty flair to the meal.
It's not just the food that makes this place special; it's the consistently excellent service, the cozy ambiance, and the feeling of community that keeps me coming back. This restaurant isn't just a place to eat; it's a place to feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates authentic Italian cooking and a warm, welcoming dining experience.
My husband and I celebrated his Birthday in this modest local restaurant in NE Mesa. The dinner menu is broad and has a good selection. He enjoyed the Three Meat Lasagna and I also enjoyed a pasta dish, Little Ears. Both of us appreciated the side order of anchovies on our Caesar salads. Service was very attentive and it was noticed that the kitchen and service staff all had their hair pulled back, and/or were wearing caps in the kitchen.
Dessert was an indulgent chocolate cake which was yummy.
Pacino's has a nice range of wines also.
Generally good value and portions, as we took home leftovers of our main meal and the dessert.
I do think they can do better for a crispier Brussel sprout appetizer, as it was a bit oily. However it was fully eaten!
It was impressive to see the owner or manager on the floor, checking in with guests, on a modest Tuesday evening of diners.
The menu had a lot of different options that looked great, but I ended up taking the servers suggestion of the Meatball Sub. It was amazing! Giant meatballs, plenty of cheese, and extra sauce on the side. I’ll definitely be back.
Sat outside on a beautiful day with my old friend from American Airlines. The food was awesome just a little small for our taste. I'm used to the huge portions in Chicago. Overall very good. Service was excellent
First time visiting, wonderful experience and delicious food. Had the taste of Italy since we had never been here before figured it was a logical start. Excited to try something new next time.
Excellent experience! Staff was attentive and the restaurant was spotless. Food was timely, well cooked, balanced, and you can tell they care about quality. Can't wait to go back for the Feast of the Seven Fishes on Christmas Eve and the Italian American Thanksgiving sounds like a tradition waiting to happen. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.
Beautifully appointed restaurant with an incredible menu. The grilled salmon was perfectly cooked with a bit of char on the edges but soft inside, and served fresh off the fire. The risotto was creamy and quite delicious. I can't wait to go back and order the same meal!
I enjoyed my fettuccine very much just what I was hoping for! Rich creamy sauce. Beautiful place, friendly staff, good food. I would write 4 1/2 stars doesn’t give that option. The service was a little on the slower side and that’s why it’s not five stars.
