Mcdonald's

I’m going to start out with the positives. The manager truly cared about the employees, reminding them to wear a safety vest when running food outside. The manager was on it, and kept the flow going for the orders. However, You can’t really expect too much from McDonald’s. The customer service is definitely lacking. The kiosk to order, and one of the drink machines were down and not able to be used. When attempting to ask for assistance (because the drink you want is on the out of order machine), you are ignored. They’re too busy to acknowledge anybody…. Like ants going about their business. There was a liquid spill to which they covered with a wet floor sign, but failed to mop up anything the whole hour I was there. Also, if you place an order using the kiosk, don’t expect them to bring your order. They’ll just yell from the counter and you have to get it yourself. I did give a 3 star because I do understand being busy - however, your customers drive your business. If you’re not concerned about your customers, don’t expect them to care about your business. If McDonald’s doesn’t want to offer table service, then they simply need to remove the option so the expectation isn’t there.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever encountered. Management is rude and lazy. They asked me to park which I refused because every time I do they mess up my order and I have to go inside. Well this time they didn’t give me my 4 hash browns they only gave me 2 then I tell them and someone inside yells in Spanish “she’s hungry get her her food” i get home and they did not toast sausage muffins they just threw the meat and cheese on a cold bun. I could have made this myself, and I will next time. I’m done ordering with this McDonald’s. I’m reaching out to corporate after this.

*Update! Went today, and ordered family lunch since I was busy and Hungry, no time to cook. Well I didn't realize a big mac is missing. Sucks for one of us. At least my kids got to eat. This McDonald's is a pretty busy place. Usually i dont have problems here, but today i grabbed 2 happy meals. Story short, my sons Orange Fanta had some stuff floating in the drink... yuck... please look at your drinks before drinking.

I feel so bad for a staff member here me and my friends we just being goofballs but I think the lady was having a bad day so we made it even worse without knowing it she looked annoyed and upset about our actions. The place here is very clean and nice it’s not ghetto it’s pretty fancy and nice they even got a little playground but it’s off limits due to you know covid I highly recommend this one!

I waited in line for a mobile order for 20 minutes. I was refused my order unless I presented my phone which is against policy. In the 20 minutes I was there, not one of the associates asked the customers in front of me to present their phones. I had to step outside to get my phone which makes no sense when they are passing out orders to anybody saying, “that one is mine.” My girlfriend walked in instead and told the associate the order number and was passed the order with no problem. My girlfriend confronted the female associate about her not checking her phone. She got nervous and mentioned a incident where the orders are stolen. I think it’s every unfair that because of racial discrimination that I’m being refused fast friendly service. If Mc Donald’s wants to prevent the theft of their food they need to be checking everyone’s phones and receipts not just the people of color.
