I love it there. Practicly raised my kids and grandkids there. Cool comfortable games and buffet with tv a bar and clean bathrooms I would like to live at Mountain Mike's Pizza. Maybe they'll hire me 😊👍😎

Reyne Andrea whatever I don't know but she's the rude and racist person I've ever seen, so when I address that to other manager. He said we are not allowed to serve this type of customers who are rude to our staff. I dont know what the heck is going on. Bur They need to hire more respectful people TBH. I want to talk to their owner, manager is lying to me that he only comes in once a month but the other girl said he came at 9 to 5. Liars live there!

I ordered from your company tonight and when my order arrived I was missing hot wings for my son. I called the store to let the management know that I did not receive an item and he was very rude to me, telling me that I did have the chicken it was sent with my order. I then told him that I would go and look again and call back, so I did just that and he went on to tell me that his driving would not eat the chicken. Which I never said that! the man was so very rude to me rushing me off the phone. then he asked me to hold and called the driver which the driver who was very polite told him that he had them but they slip out of the bag. I have never been so humiliated over food that I purchased, he should never speak to a customer in that manner as if I did something wrong or I was lying about food. This is very upsetting just thought I would let you all know how they are treating your paying customers.

We had our Christmas party there tonight and had a great time. There were about 35 people that came. They all ordered their own pizza either before or after they got there. They pizza was great and all the help was wonderful and helpful for our group. They even offered to take a group picture for us that turned out great. Everyone had a good time. Thank you Merced Mountain Mike's for letting us have our party there. It's hard to find a place for a large group.

I ordered a mountain size pizza and when I took a bite into the pizza i bit on something hard I spit it out and realized it was pieces of little black rocks I called mountain mikes to speak to manager and she was very rude yelling at me she didn't want to refund me my full amount of money

My family and I went to the Tuesday night all you can eat pizza and salad bar at the Mt. Mike's by Rancho San Miguel. It was was over priced. The salad bar was very small and not fresh. The staff was very rude. It was a bummer. We were really looking forward to our experience there. However it wasn't great. We won't return.

Nice pizza parlor where one can enjoy drinks, great pizza and large screens to watch sports. There is also a mini arcade for children to enjoy.

Good pizza but after that all else downhill. From out of town attending an event and needed a quick bite before. Looked up pizza places and saw Mountain Mike's on Olive & M. Since our hometown one is great, we figured any Mountain Mike's would be. Unfortunately, not so. it cost over $45 for a medium 3 topping pizza, two draft beers, and two one-trip salads. When I ordered the salads, I was asked if I wanted one-trip or all-you-can-eat so ordered the one-trip. Was not told and didn't see that they both cost the same ($7.00 ea). CRAZY!! Salad quality was really cheap and poor. Weren't given plates and didn't see any out. Had to go back to front and ask for them. Silverware was all plastic and hidden in a cheap plastic file box. Place was crowded and pretty messy all around. To be nice and coming from a customer service background, I will just say that the staff needs to be better trained... They just seemed confused about it all. Won't be going back to this one and a good lesson that all Mountain Mikes are not the same.... Think they must be franchises as we've never paid this much at others.
