One of the largest, best franchise locations that I've visited in the Bay Area, with numerous seating in different configurations (lounge, small and large tables) for individual or group functions. It's located in a large shopping plaza with just a Safeway and Wells Fargo in the back. Service is generally excellent, although the younger staff seems more enthused and friendly than the older, jaded worker. Restroom, tables and floor are impeccably clean. The only drawback noticed is the small, traditional door, which can impede accessibility for some disabled patrons using wheelchairs (though restroom is compliant). Overall, it's a very pleasant Starbucks location with great service!

The last 4 weeks, order ahead has been turned off by 9:30AM especially on Saturday’s and Sundays. Part of the convenience of having the app is ordering ahead so you don’t have to wait in line. Hopefully they get it together soon or they’ll lose customers at that location.

Locally, one of the more OUTSTANDING Starbucks locations starting with their welcoming, friendly, kind-hearted Baristas. As if that weren’t enough, there’s ample indoor/outdoor seating for all and the restrooms, for the most part, are always clean. You can expect your drink to be brewed to perfection and for that I give special kudos to their Saturday/Sunday Baristas who are always on top of their game!

I really enjoyed the layout of this place. Had a nice nook to work in, very clean, and loved the artwork. The map on the far wall next to the restrooms was a great touch. Service was as expected from a well kept Starbucks. No reason to knock it down from 5 stars.

Good place for a quick grab and go and sipping a drink and respond to some emails, needs a better profile picture, otherwise pretty good

Amazing customer service! Some stuff came up and my son had to stay there for over an hour, and the staff took great care of him, even giving him a chocolate croissant on the house!
