1st time I've had a bad experience at this place. Normally they're really good and are my go to starbucks but today, I don't know if they have whole new staff, but everything I ordered was wrong. I had to repeat my order 4 times to the Indian girl up front and when she finally repeated my order back to me it was right, so I don't know how the heck the order was still wrong once I received it. Had to ask the baristas to remake it and I felt so bad for the other baristas who were swamped that I left afterwards, even though my drink was still wrong. Clearly the girl taking orders up front needs more training and cannot be left alone. I'll go back and update my review if the service is good next time. It's hard to know if this is just an off day or if all their usually excellent staff are gone.

Order the sausage egg and cheese sandwich upside down caramel macchiato and dipped mandolin cakes I got my coffee and my mandolin cakes they never made my sandwich so I paid for something that I never got got to love getting ripped off

Won't come here again! They didn't make my drink correctly the first time. I asked them nicely to remake it. They put sugar in it the second time. They have no manners. I shouldn't have used my manner. They didn't deserve it

Still have their restrooms closed due to “Covid Precautions” even though we all know it is to save money not having to maintain them. If they are that worried about Covid then why do half of the workers not wear masks?
