Kfc

When there out of biscuits they will give you one of there kfc cookies instead and if your like me and have taste buds you won't like the cookie so i told them I don't want your cookies but I still got two cookies instead of a biscuit with my meal. Would of been happier if given an alternative option. anything else really. Also forgot the drink. Management was rude.

The guy taking my order didn't know what I was talking about. I wanted the popcorn chicken box for 10 bucks. After a lady took over I pull up to window and I was informed that he only put one on my order. I think he was still kind of new so I can let that go but when I get home and I'm missing the biscuits. That is not the first time for this. I can understand hiring who is appling but lets take a longer look at some of these people.

When taking our order, the employee was rude and not at all patient when we needed a moment to look at the menu. They had thrown my husbands meal into the container in a very careless way, and my dish was only half full. My Mountain Dew was bland and lacking syrup, while my husbands tasted okay. I’ve never seen carelessness like that in all my time going to KFC…or fast food really. I tried to call to let the manager know about our experience but the phone just kept ringing. Super disappointed we spent our hard earned money on this meal and the employees and manager care so little about their jobs and customer care.

I hadn't been to KFC in years but when the chicken sandwich wars started I knew I had to try KFCs sandwich. I was super impressed and imo it was the best sandwich being the biggest and holding the price of $3.99 that all the other chains did. Well yesterday I figured I'd grab some for my family on my way home and not only did the PRICE INCREASE 30-40% but the size of the sandwich is now HALF THE SIZE it was before. They're charging almost $5.50 for half the sandwich and there was no notice on the menu or anything. Completely disappointed, I will not be returning to any KFC anytime soon.

Food thrown out the delivery window at us....They said that it is not possible to have original receipt no reason gave when asked. said that it is not possible to have two sides with 3pc meal not true. and after all that they messed up the order but put two sides in some of the meals??? called and couldn't have had a worse experience there as well. avoid this place like the plague!!!!!
