Emprize Brew Mill

Promptly greeted upon waking in. Not at all busy at 5:30ish (there was maybe 6 other people in the bar area) . After that it goes down hill. The staff is super friendly but the service is WAY way slow and totally unattentive. I had to ask if we could order drinks soon which after placing my order she started walking away when I had to stop her to take the other drink orders we had. We also had to stop another wait staff member if we could place a food order since our waitress was distracted doing other stuff. I feel bad about this rating because I feel like they meant well. The beer was meh also. I got the burger with cream cheese and bacon which was raved about in the online reviews which is why I decided to come here. Sadly for me this missed the mark too. To end on a positive I give the friendliness 5 stars but it takes more then that to run a good business

Edit:2022 You can see the Potential, and feel something holding it back. I stopped by again bc it’s close to home. The menu has focused on burgers and specials. They have a decent Friday night fish fry specials . The perch was well beer breaded with 1 large butterfly that was delicious. If you compare it to other is the area, this serving is still really small. They should add another half a butterfly to be competitive. I was excited to see they have a range of beers now. The old fashioned was 5/5. The beers were 1/5. I had a flight, and from lagers to ipa to nitro sout, they lacked mouth feel and felt/ tasted watered down. The worst micro brew beers I’ve tasted. As much as I wanted to like them, I’ve never tasted an ipa that felt like a light beer. Compared to options in the area, it’ll be another 2 years until I come back Service was 10/10, friendly and Attentive

So glad we finally stopped in there! The location is perfect and the building is just gorgeous. First and foremost...truly amazing beer! We sampled several/most of the beers they have. Wow...the multi layers of flavors in the beers really pop and we love how full bodied they are. There is a great variety of the types of beers he makes (including a scrumptious Mead!). Was told he uses locally sourced ingredients and we are all about supporting our local businesses (especially now). The hostesses were wonderful and can tell they have as much passion as was told the owner does. The information provided really got us understanding his background in relation to his brewing processes. We are very much looking forward to going back, meeting him and hearing more about the beers, ciders and wines he produces!
