I had ordered and prepaid online for my order. I received an update that my pizzas were ready and to tap the button to bypass the line. When I walk into the establishment the workers immediately told me that the lobby was closed they told me to drive around to the drive-through. This was very inconvenient to drive all the way around the building and then to sit in line and one minute to pick up a prepaid order. I think this was poor customer service. There was no one in the lobby even if they were short of help l they should’ve went on and waited on me.

I placed a delivery order and 2 hrs. later they notify me that they didn't have any drivers. They asked if I wanted to cancel my order or pick it up. I advised I would pick it up, just have it ready cause my granddaughters, niece, great niece and sisters were hungry. When I got there some guy named Jay stated my last 2 items were coming out of the oven. Over 20 mins. later, I still didn't have my order. They tried to give me someone else's order and I advised it wasn't my order. They promised to refund my order and rering it at carry-out prices. They also stated they would put a credit on my account. The left the original charged amount to my card $80+ dollars including the tip and no credits given whatsoever. They weren't clean either. They were handling money and credit cards along with their cell phones, but not washing their hands before handling food. They didn't have on gloves either. The floors needed cleaning in the back moreso than the front. And to add insult to injury, I watched 2 different delivery drivers come in, grab orders and head out to deliver them.

Worst experience ever
I had to wait more tha. 1 hour even after the pizza tracker said order is ready. Even after waiting so long my pizza did not have extra cheese which I ordered
The store accepts delivery order and then asks to pick it up always
They don’t even pick up the call.
If you go to the window or the door they don’t even make eye contact, they don’t even look at you to inform anything or answer my questions
The pasta was dry and burnt. There was no alfredo sauce

After ordering for pick up, my pizza was dried out. Could not get anyone on the phone to fix the order. They kept picking up and hanging up.

Arrived at this Domino's after the Domino's Tracker said my order was ready. The door was locked. Nobody was in sight at the counter or in the kitchen. Nobody ever came to the drive thru window, despite a very annoyed customer in front of me in line banging on the window. If his experience was anything like mine, I can understand. I called to try to give them the benefit of the doubt and see what was going on. After 10-15 minutes holding on the phone without anyone answering and 30 minutes of waiting in line, I gave up.
Save yourself the frustration. Order from your Pizza from anywhere else - Memphis has plenty of better options.

I did have issues with my order 3 weeks ago.. but the Manager did reach out to me and apologize of being short staff. I do understand how that is because I’m a Manager myself and know how it feels to be short staff. They are doing the best that they can with little help. It meant a lot to get a phone call concerning my order. I will order from them again. I just hope everyone who has an issue with them give them another chance. Thank you

They never answer the phone at this location ,so you drive there and you can't go in which I understand but then they come to the door and tell you to order online I sat outside and ordered online waited about 15 minutes went to the drive window and she told me to pull up she didn't say I was going to be sitting there for almost an hr waiting on a pizza..I want be going there anymore ,I'll drive to the Germantown and Poplar location which I did tonight. I went in there and it only took about 3 minutes to get what I ordered over the phone and the gentleman who took my order over the phone told me how long I was going to be waiting and the reason for the wait time ..

I honestly cannot figure out what this store is attempting to achieve with how they are currently running the business. If they were simply carry out only, it would be fine! But I suppose in an attempt to drive all their customers away, they will not let you pick up your pizza inside, you HAVE TO go through the drive thru. So from 3pm to 9pm (according to a sign they put up) the drive thru is for pick up orders only, but unless you order and then immediately get in line you can pretty much forget about getting fresh food since there are constantly cars wrapped halfway around the back of the shopping center.
This is genuinely the worst way to do business I can think of. The only logical explanation is they want to deal with as few people as possible, so they do things in the most inconvenient manner they can find while still remaining "open."
Their plan has worked with us, we will not be ordering from this store ever again.
