I work there, so I'm bias lol. Depends alot on the time of day or if it's the weekend. Dine in experience is definitely effected by whether or not we have an excess of online orders, bc in-house doesn't get precedence; unfortunately, the wait is stressful for servers, just as much as it is for the ppl dining in. Please don't take it out on your waitress though, we have no control over the situation when it's busy! But alot of times we're good.....and when we're good, we're REAL GOOD.
P.s. we have the best strawberries for so many different 🍓 selections!
Delicious, they speak Spanish here, the service is good, the order took a while but it was delicious.
Our server 'Jay' was prompt accurate and delightful. Food was hot and tasty. It was busy but we were pleased. Big Steak omelet was huge.

The only reason for 4 Stars is the parking lot needs some works. The restaurant, food, service, and atmosphere was outstanding.
The last IHOP was not beyond excellent, whereas this one was most excellent. It is for sure in most cases at a restaurant the server holds the keys to the guest contentment. It is their attitude attention and overall demeanor that play such a role, as I know to the eating experience for sure. Lacey and I went to work early this day and it probably is our last day in this area for awhile so breakfast at IHOP on a rainy tax free weekend friday it was. The server was very on top of it and the cooks did an awesome job as well the place was clean and we could not have asked for anything more. Thanks y'all...
While waiting to be seated, a lady made a scene saying she didn't deserve to be disrespected and laughed at by the server, then stormed out. We hoped we'd be treated better, so we continued to wait.
After being seated, it took a while for anyone to show up to take our order. They no longer give the kids kids menus they can color and expect them to sit quietly. After we finally ordered, everything that came to the table was correct. But the "fresh real fruit" on the crepes and French toast was from a fruit compote, which is very different and disappointing.
Other than that, it wasn't bad.
Dined at IHOP yesterday and had the shredded beef breakfast bowl with blueberry pancakes. Everything was hot and delicious my server got a $5 tip.
I went with my family for brunch, and have went there several times with just my husband and I.
One things I don’t like is the time it takes for them to put us on a table, like on two occasions we have to wait for like 25-30 minute before getting a space to sit.
But overall, their customer service and meal is satisfactory 😍😍😍😍
I've visited twice and the customer service is top notch! I had the Cali roasted turkey melt. Very tasty. Hence I had it twice! They also have a silky smooth chocolate cake. I know it was breakfast when I ordered; but hey there's eggs and milk in chocolate cake!🤣😂
Ok this visit took a turn as I was not eating meat during this time.. I made do with the vegetable burrito.. made with egg whites, mushrooms, spinach, queso and tomatoes.. it wasn't bad I can say that!
