Love going here for the under $4 dollar meals. The sandwiches they offer taste great, served fresh and hot, and a nice size for what you paid for. People with high blood pressure will enjoy these sandwiches as they are not as salty as other fast food places. By not adding a beverage, that helps with the cost staying under $4. I have beverages at the house so no need to get any from the restaurant or any fast food restaurant to be honest. If you need a beverage, get water because that's what you need anyway (lol). The string fries are a no for me but they are not bad, just not competing with the other fries being offered everywhere else.
Great! Was hoping to order the delicious veggie burger I had at another S&S location, but it isn't available here. I asked if I could just get grilled portobello mushrooms and onions with guacamole, and they were happy to oblige!
These burgers are always fresh and those little shoestring fries that are crispy are killer!!!!! Love this place! Prices are great for what you get beats out tons of burger places. Its a hidden gem of burgers that is always over looked. Want a good burger, good shake.. Umm steak and shake!

Steak and shake went through a period of not giving good service. Lately, I have experienced great service. The waitresses know what drink I like, but will verify with me before they bring it. Their attention to my table ( and others) is what I expect in a restaurant. I’m always impressed with their service, and enjoy eating there! To me, service is just as important as the food. Kayla and the other young lady ( don’t know her name) is very impressive. Thanks for being so nice and friendly! That’s what people expect, and you are great.
They're decent but maybe avoid the drive thru if you can. At least until the upgrade the microphone and speakers. The person taking my order needed me to repeat myself about 5 times. Extremely frustrating but not the worst experience considering this is Memphis. At least they were polite, if not completely souless when picking up the order from the window.

We love this restaurant! The service at this one was pretty good and everyone was friendly. I've only gone during slow times, but I've gotten my food quickly. Happy hour is the best here. Half priced shakes that are amazing!
The subs are good. They’re seasoned good and the meat is never dried out! The cheese just melts in your mouth. The service is AMAZING! And fast! If you sit they will normally just bring your food right to your table! The staff is super nice! And they ACCEPT APPLE PAY! 🤗🥰
