Just got off work took my daughter to get something to eat. She wanted McDonald’s. When I’m not really a big fan but I ordered the chicken sandwich meal. Everything was fresh. My order was correct.
Of ALL my McDonald's visits. This was BY FAR THE BEST!!!!. From the courteous staff to the taste, temperature, and presentation of the food. Very good.
Oh my!! So I was coming from Raleigh area, headed close to Collierville and needed some food before getting home. I know the locations closer to me are always packed so I thought about this location, how nice they are and have fresh food ...this time, it was later so I was worried the evening shift would be rude and impatient..so on so on!! Turns out THIS LOCATION IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST regardless of the day....I was able to quickly order my food and got to the windows (pay & pickup), they were super nice....even gave my pups a pup cup of whip while we waited (Adrian). The food was so freaking fresh and good...I ate on the way home - it didn't make it to the house but I THANK THEM again because it's so hard to find great customer service and they never fail me at going above and beyond!!! Thanks Team!!!!
Service not good. I get ignored at the drive thru. Half my order is rang up incorrectly. Everytime.
Extremely clean. Free WiFi. The new design is great. It's incredible what they've done to this place. It looks like it came straight out from Japan. I've never given a fast food restaurant 5 stars before, but the redesign is absolutely astonishing.
I stopped by this particular McDonald’s very early few morning when I was visiting the area. The food nor the service was bad and I definitely would stop here again if I’m in the area.
Staff and service was pleasant....l think the floorspace (tiles) could be cleaned better could see slippery film....
Lines moved fast, my order was correct and the food was hot and tasty.
Just left this location, the young lady with glasses running the drive through was very exceptional. Polite, professional, and very pleasant.I Would hire her for management. She deserves a raise. 04/08/23 6.45 pm
It feels clean, classy, and though it's rediculously busy during the breakfast rush, going inside skips the double Drive-thru that gets Chick-fil-A kind of busy. Micky D's has grown up into a semi classy coffee shop, and this one wears it well.
