Mcdonald's

Oh my!! So I was coming from Raleigh area, headed close to Collierville and needed some food before getting home. I know the locations closer to me are always packed so I thought about this location, how nice they are and have fresh food ...this time, it was later so I was worried the evening shift would be rude and impatient..so on so on!! Turns out THIS LOCATION IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST regardless of the day....I was able to quickly order my food and got to the windows (pay & pickup), they were super nice....even gave my pups a pup cup of whip while we waited (Adrian). The food was so freaking fresh and good...I ate on the way home - it didn't make it to the house but I THANK THEM again because it's so hard to find great customer service and they never fail me at going above and beyond!!! Thanks Team!!!!

I love the cashier Kamico! She is the best! I Mobel order so she knows my name. When I give her my order number, she will say "Kim is that you!" When I pull around, she will say hi honey, here's your recipe, and have a blessed day. The words I wrote are not exactly what she will say but close. She makes you feel good & happy that I chose this McDonalds. She has a very friendly and positive attitude!
